Kingston Home Heating has been our heating maintenance provider for many years and have provided great professional quality service! When it came time to replace our 32 year old electric furnace we stayed with KHH because of their history of outstanding service! We were provided a competitive quote for the work and James and Shawn arrived on time as scheduled for the new furnace installation. Both James and Shawn were professional and experienced - they did an outstanding job and went over and above taking the time to place walking tarps so as not to track things into the house and they took the time to go over the features of the new furnace and warranty with us! And the price of the new furnace installation was as per quote!We are very pleased with Kingston Home Heating and the service James and Shawn provided! Thank you!

Gas fireplace serviced by James, who was excellent. He was polite, helpful, very knowledgeable and did a thorough job. We were totally happy with his service. My only complaint was with the Kingston Home Heating office regarding their scheduling. I made this appointment over the phone 6 weeks in advance and the service did not happen on the scheduled day. I phoned the office the morning of the scheduled service (on a Friday) and they were pleasant and assured me that I was next on their list. However by the end of the day no one had showed up and I received no phone call from their office advising me of that. Kind of unfortunate on their part since I was otherwise pleased with their service.

Blade & Shawn removed the old a/c, installed a new one. Cleaned up any debris in the basement area and yard, all in a friendly and efficient manner. They also installed our new gas furnace a few years ago. Always excellent service. I would highly recommend this business.

We have been using Kingston Home Heating for years to service our boiler. Most recently, James serviced our boiler on short notice due to issues we were having and was friendly and helpful, and was able to get things back up for us quickly. With four teenage kids at home, hot water was a definite necessity! We highly recommend Kingston Home Heating!

My furnace packed it in Friday evening, I called the answering service at around 7PM....the technician phoned back within 10 min... he arrived at the house within an hour...spent more than two hours replacing an awkward to reach part deep inside the furnace...he turned thermostat back on ...the furnace kicked in... he wished me a good evening and out he went.I do pay a monthly service fee and it is worth every penny when I get a response like that. A shout out to Steve the technician he was super.

We just had our Furnace go bust! AS new home owners we have called Kingston home heating twice before for minor repairs and each time they were polite, punctual and provided excellent customer service. This time we woke up to a freezing cold house, we called at 7:30am in the morning and were greeted with a helpful office manager. Less than an hour later we had a technician in our home who explained the situation and our options. Furnace was sourced and installed in our home within two days (and this included the weekend timeframe). The two technicians - Shaun and Blake were super efficient and neatly with minimal mess installed the new furnace and made sure it worked before explaining it all again to us. We are so thankful for this excellent and reassuring service. THANK YOU!

Sean and Blade installed a new gas furnace in two days for me. They removed the old furnace and oil tank, cleaned up any debris in the basement area and stairs, all in a friendly and efficient manner. I would highly recommend this business.

Woke up to no heat from our oil fired furnace and even though Kingston Home Heating was fully booked, they were able to send a technician right away. James was very courteous and was able to repair our furnace and get heat back on within a few hours of our phone call. Great service!

I phoned them at 3:30pm on a Friday afternoon due to a cranky furnace as we were on the verge of some nice Canadian -20C weather for the upcoming weekend. The technician arrived within an hour and got things running smoothly again. The fast response late on a Friday afternoon is GREATLY APPRECIATED!! Keep up the great work!!
