Friendly of staff and Dr Kayla was absolutely fantastic and she didn’t rush through appointment at all and made us feel very comfortable. Moving from Ontario and absolutely loving our vet back home, she made this transition very easy. Looking forward to a long lasting relationship with the clinic for all our animals

Staff was all very nice, apt was easy to book & ran on time. They checked kitty over thoroughly and listened to my concerns and gave suggestions and things to watch for! I’d definitely take her back there for her next visit.

Dr. Van der Pol and her staff are excellent. I have been taking my feline family members to Cranston Vet for several years. The care they have been given has always been top notch. When one of them passed away, the clinic was very compassionate. I really appreciated the personal card they sent me later that week, which included details about my cat’s life, and visits to the clinic.I recommend Cranston Vet to all pet parents.

I took my 14 month old Golden Retriever here for a cryptorchid neuter. After a positive experience during the consultation and general check-up, we decided to book the surgery. (It is a more expensive surgery than a simple fix, but we appreciated the clarity of the estimate). Post-surgery we received a call from the vet with an update on how it went, as well as a follow-up call a couple of days later. The vets and the support staff are very friendly and patient, and I'm very happy with the service we received. Jasper is healing fast and doing great! Thank you so much!!

Our sweet senior boy has been a patient of Dr. Erin Parchello for 2 years now, and we cannot say enough good things about Dr. Erin and the clinic. She has gone above and beyond helping us navigate some medical issues with our beloved dog this past year, and we are very grateful for her involvement in his care. As well, the Nurses/Techs have excellent technical skills and the front staff are always great to deal with. Thank you!!

I have been a loyal customer at Cranston Veterinary Hospital for the last 6 years with both my dogs. Several doctors have been amazing over the years, however, some of the newer staff have shattered my trust in the clinic after a misdiagnosis and thousands of dollars spent out of pocket.Two weeks ago, I brought my dog in after being sick for a few days. Dr. Nielsen saw him on three separate occasions with 4 individual rounds of X-rays, diagnosed him, and sent him home after each visit over a week and a half of testing. When asked point blank if it could be something else during the third visit because of no improvement, she confidently restated her diagnosis and felt no need for further testing to confirm - which I would have been happy to do so.A day later, I was in the hospital with emergency surgery saving his life. Every doctor who looked at his xrays confirmed he had an obstruction and wouldn't have made it much longer.My concern is the lack of attention and care Dr. Nielsen seemed to have when assessing his symptoms which did not improve during testing. I understand everyone makes mistakes but her major overlook during several visits makes me question her diagnostic skills.It’s unfortunate but my 6 year loyalty is over at this clinic.

I highly recommend Cranston Veterinary Hospital for all of your pet’s vet needs! I have a medical pup who is no stranger to the vet, we primarily see Dr. Erin Parchello and I can’t say enough good things about her (she is kind/compassionate and she always goes above & beyond with her care). Since my dog has had his fair share of vet visits we have had the pleasure of meeting many of the practice staff (from the front desk staff to the vet techs to the veterinarians) and I have been very impressed with everyone’s care. It’s also such a welcoming feeling when we enter the vet and everyone knows Milo & greets him when he comes in (because of this he has went from being scared of going to the vet to now getting excited as soon as we pull into the parking lot since he knows he gets to see everyone)!
