STAY AWAY. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. On August 18 2021 cheminée en santé began working on the adjoining chimney between my place and my Neighbor’s. On September 2 2021 I got a car wash and noticed that there was cement splatter all over my car which I hadn’t noticed earlier due to the vehicle being dirty. Upon contacting the company, I was asked to send photos and that a manager would contact me. Minutes after sending my email with photos, one of the workers named Mathieu called me and explained at length that the cement on my vehicle was not his fault and that I was out of luck. He explained that the team was extremely diligent in their protecting methods, I’ve added photos of my clogged gutter and dirty garden which was obviously not covered/protected. After multiple calls and attempts to level with management at the company I was told there was nothing they could do about the cement which they obviously got on my car. They said me vehicle was parked on the opposite side of the house (which it was, but it’s completely possible that the cement splattered) and also that my vehicle wasn’t in the driveway (which it was) See attached photos for cement throughout the vehicle and on my roof which could have only come from above the car, the roof of the house.

Had a great experience with Nikolas, came within the same week I called, professional, did a great job, even had time to do a little extra repair and even with the repairs it was about the price they had told me on the phone. Excellent service, definatly recommended using them

I received a visit from the technician for an estimate on brick work to be done on my chimney, the tech came and stood in my driveway for about 10 minutes (not even getting on the roof) and then sent me an estimate invoice for 97.00 dollars. This was approximately a month ago and I have paid the estimate and still not received any quote for the work. I then called another company who sent a technician, never had to pay for an estimate, the techs were there for about 30 minutes actually on the roof checking the damage. I received a quote from the second company within three days. Healthy Chimney was quick to charge and indicated to me that I would receive a quote for the work as soon as I paid for the estimate....so far nothing. I did receive a phone call indicating that the quote was on its way as soon as possible but again, nothing. I am annoyed that I even had to pay for an estimate and the other company didnt charge. On a retirement income this is money I just tossed in the garbage. Very disappointed

In reference to the work performed in NDG on Monkland and the negative experience: You repeatedly point out that customer satisfaction is extremely important to you & your team. Paolo’s newly purchased car was aesthetically damaged by the accidental splash of YOUR team’s cement. Of that, we have proven, there is no doubt. Paolo was honest enough to have his car wash people check their cameras to find, in fact, they had attempted to remove YOUR cement splashes. All you should have done, at that point, was acknowledge your accidental splash of cement - period. There was no talk of monetary compensation or apology on your part. You proceeded to not acknowledge your customer. That would & should be the right way to proceed. Your reputation should tell you to do the right thing. You have, as of today, still not done the right thing.

Just wanted to take 2 min and say thank you guys as always for the great job cleaning my chimney and fireplace. It’s been 11 years I moved to Boisbriand as they have been my go to chimney guys. Friendly knowledgeable and always left everything clean! Thank again for the work advice and conversation! See you guys next year!!

I booked Cheminee en Sante many weeks ago and they just called me 2 weeks before my appointment to reschedule because they have an emergency repair".I don't quite understand how it's an emergency and also in 2 weeks from now. They explained they were busy and wave the weekend extra service fee (lucky me!).What they failed to understand is they booked the appointment and people build a schedule around the date they propose. They could care less about coordinated time of work for customers clearly.They offered no discount for the service as a result of the inconvenience and again explained they were busy. Busy enough to lose business I guess!Don't trust them to respect appointment dates

They came initially to clean the chimney. Told us we need to install caps on the chimney. They send a report with the wrong picture. Then I called them to organise installing the caps. They refused to do it, had no note or information of the previous discussion that the caps need to be installed and told us we first have to book a camera inspection with them. i then agreed to the camera inspection to get things moving before winter. Two appointments now. Both times cancelled on the day before or same day of the appointment. Next appointments only available >4 weeks. Really bad experience and waste of time with them.

Got a fast & great service, but a bit more pricey than others.The gentleman, Mathieu clean our chimney in less than an hour and everything was perfect after!
