I wouldn't hire this company to organize a one car funeral. Worst service, most unprofessional attitude, worst bookkeeper. They are nice enough if you walk in the door but clowns to the left of you, jokers to the right and you're backed up by incompetence at every level. If there was a -5 star I would choose that, but unfortunately I have to settle for 1. They charge like bandits until you finally have to refuse to pay for any more. Unbelievable for a small town. WHY are they still in business?!?

Our experience with North Central was 100% positive! They came and fixed my parents heating issue the same day we called! Since we are in the middle of winter, they made us a priority! A HUGE THANKYOU for your top notch service!!!!!

Purchased a new furnace this year and after the massive snowfall we managed to block our vents, causing the furnace to shut off. We realized our mistake later in the evening and when we called in at 11pm to the emergency line we were sent a tech quickly who managed to get us up and going again. We’ve always had great service from knowledgeable well trained staff and will continue to deal with NC

The salesman sold me a stove that was not sufficient to heat my house. when they installed the stove they took the old stove without my consent, in effect stealing it. I needed the stove for other purposes. I refused to pay the installation fee because they stole my stove and the manager was very rude. They now have put my bill to collections. This was the third new wood stove I had purchased at North Central. Never again.

A young and obviously inexperienced North Central gas fitter came to our house to inspect our natural gas stove that wouldn't stay lit. He replaced the thermopile and still could not get it working. He said that we need to just replace the entire stove as it was too old. We got a $230.00 bill for that. We decided to call Copper River and asked for their oldest most experienced gas fitter and they sent us a guy whom with in 10 minutes figured out the issue and ordered the PROPER part. The part NC put in was loose and incorrect and could have caused us serious problems and cost us $6000 for a new stove. Don't waste your time with these clowns and call Copper River instead!

Had gas leak in home. I was happy they responded to my call quickly but they came in couldn't find anything in the 20minutes they were here. Charged me $180. Called copper river plumbing they found the leak and solved the issue for $160.

Called a plumber in to take a look at an issue with a sewage smell coming from our drains.The technician told us it was a venting issue and to extend vent piping out our roof.We did so. We paid them for the advice. The problem did not go away.We called again and had the plumber come out a second time, this time he suggested we tighten the screws on our toilet?? He offered no real solutions to my wife who was home at the time. We get a bill in the mail for his visit....I call to get clarification on what the plumber suggested, and the receptionist told me that he had given his advice to my wife, was busy and would not speak with me or even call me back when he was free.?? So $216 all together between the two visits for nothing. Will not use these people again.

Great walk-in customer service and question/response. Had one of their specialist visit my home and they were quite knowledgeable and respectful. The only thing is they are always very busy, and sometimes it may take several weeks before they have anyone available. Keep up the good work

Great staff and very knowledgeable. Open on a Saturday if you're in a pinch, when everything else is closed.
