Very professional company to work with, great quality pool installation

HUGE thumbs up from me. CN Aquatics and Chris (the owner) installed my in-ground pool 8 years ago and my pool is still running amazing every summer. Any small wear-and-tear and maintenance work i needed, CNAquatics got my back and resolved ALL issues in timely fashion so theres no down-time of precious summer pool season for my family. The job was completed on time and he dealt with all sub contracting (electricians, gas etc) seamlessly. At the end? they fixed my lawn, got the job site cleaned up like nothing ever happened. I STILL use CN Aquatics to open/close pool because i literally cannot do a better cleaner job than CN Aquatics folks. And they know" my setup in the pool shed

What a terrible experience with Chris from CN aquatics. Reached out in March for a job this summer and fall, he came by and took all the details down and then told us he would send us a quote. Strung us along for weeks telling us the quote was coming but never made any further attempt to contact us. I reached out again this past week as our hot tub is being delievered in one month and Chris was to install it, and he just won’t respond to my emails. Not sure why he is ghosting us completely, he seemed interested in the job and never once said he was busy or couldn’t take on the work. Beware of this company unless you want to be left hanging and ignored.

Excellent all round service. I've been using CN for 3+ years. They do a great job opening and closing but also major overhaul - they changed the liner of my 80K litre kidney-shaped pool, fitted salt cell instead of the old awful chlorinator, also variable speed pump. and sand filter All very well done, they adapted the system professionally where necessary and after using 3 different companies for quotes etc I found them the most competitive. Highly recommend them and I still use them. Dr Craig.

Very knowledgeable, reliable, and prices for opening and closing a pool are very fair.
