Bought gas here on my way to a birthday party (around 1:30pm) today and clerk came out and asked for a photo (I was dressed as Elsa) and would not take no for an answer. I just wanted to get gas and didn’t want my photo taken while doing so. I have a right as a human being to say no to getting my picture taken dressed as Elsa or not.

July 5th I was here at 7:30ish and someone beside me was getting gas but the pre pay didn’t go through. Employee that spoke through the mic was rude. This isn’t my only experience of the same employee being rude. I’m fairly new to driving and last time I’d came here i had never seen the lever pulls before and couldn’t figure it out and she was working. She was rude to me over the mic as well and talked to me as if I was stupid. Restating, it was the 4th time I’ve ever put gas in a car and didn’t know how the lever thing worked.

Wouldn't even get off their butts to help my wife who was with my 3 and 5 year old with a flat tire because they were busy having a smoke. Go to Kal Tire where ppl actually care.

I ride a motorcycle that takes 91 octane fuel. They only have regular fuel. Just a note for other bikers.

Bought gas on Dec 27-21. Authorized the credit card for $200 and put $134 worth of gas in my truck. Was charged for $200 and $134. Only noticed it on Dec 29 and they say nothing can be done. Refused to give me the owner's name. Very dishonest. I am a pharmacist who owns a pharmacy and if I was to do that to a customer my career would have been very short. If a mistake is made, understandable. Correct it and protect your reputation.
