Next Optical

The Next Optical is such a comfortable and welcoming place. When you first walk in, you are greeted with a great attitude by Sandeep, who is dedicated and diligent with her work. The people who work at Next Optical provide awesome service and are always happy to help you. I am an high school student who was thinking about going into the optometry industry. I needed some volunteer hours for school, so what better place to come than the Next Optical! I wasn't sure if Sandeep took volunteers but when I asked, she was overjoyed to have me. Sandeep was fun and very knowledgeable. She taught me all about prescriptions, frames, contact lenses, inventory and insurance. I had an excellent time and will definitely come back if I ever need more hours. I will always recommend this place!

I see most people are happy with this location but I did not have a good experience when used them a few years ago. I ordered pretty expensive progressive glasses and they made them with so little progressive spot on the bottom so it did not make anysense. Also I had a headache when wear those glasses. The lady was trying to teach me how I must adjust myself but I said that it is her life in this business but for me it is only a little piece on my nose and I want it to be invisible for me and not making me to adjust myself to suit that piece. Finally we negotiated that they re-do and just make a single vision glasses. Definitely I newer used this store again.

My family has been going to Next Optical for years and Sandeep has always been really good to us. Throughout the years we have seen nothing but amazing service, a large selection of eyewear and knowledgeable staff. What we appreciate the most is that Sandeep is very accommodating when we stop in to tighten our eyewear or minor fixes. Thanks again!

Owner was very sick while serving customers. Reception girl sneezing as well. Expected me to pick frames there when entire store infected. Nevet again would i get service there. Doesn't care about the customer. Just about selling there overpriced glasses.

I have been going here for probably 10 years now and I wouldn't go anywhere else! They have many styles for glasses and sunglasses and have a lot for any budget. It's hard to pick a frame but Sandeep makes it easy! She has really good taste and always help narrows down my choices. They also have an optometrist office in house for eye tests. I get specialty lenses for astigmatism and usually, after picking a frame, they come within that week. Recently, I wanted to add a filter to my lens but when they arrived, I didn't like the way they created a glare (I have a bad astigmatism). Sandeep sent them back to get rid of the filter right away! I really like how I never feel rushed out the door as soon as I make a purchase. They always make sure the glasses sit right too and give you care instructions. Would reccomend this place to anyone! Solid serve and quality product.
