I can only speak on the home insurance but what an debacle that has been . I needed to cancel my policy and I have had the run around all week over it . Found a new insurance broker and won't be recommending anyone anymore to come for house insurance. I feel like the person I was dealing with was being petty and giving me the run around.As far as autopac the front staff all seemed kind and friendly and the office itself is clean and nice .

Have consistently received very good service regarding auto and most recently home insurance (shout out to Vahinika :-). Staff always willing to go that extra mile and research ways to reduce costs but maintain creditable coverage. Excellent responsive, professional and pleasant communication by email, phone and in person. They are knowledgeable and care about their customers!

Amazing staff! My father passed away and they went above and beyond to help my mother with changing documents and titles as they have a commissioner of oaths.Very delicious complimentary popcorn as well.

The staff and owners are extremely friendly and very helpful! I have moved all my insurance needs over to them.One time I needed to renew my auto insurance and I came a few minutes after they had closed. The owners were in the parking lot and they saw me, opened their office and renewed my insurance .... Above and beyond!!!I highly recommend King Insurance.

If you need travel insurance talk to Shaelene at Westland Insurance on Henderson Highway. A friend told me to go there to buy my travel insurance and I was very impressed with her personal service… Made an appointment and actually sat down at her desk and she explained everything to me and gave me the best rate! I have since switched all my insurance over to her.
