The service was a bit slow, but I could see all sales people were quite busy. Generally speaking, Beausoleil is a rea asset to our small community.

I like that it's small, with the essential items, and stuff for cottages and farmers (eg, deck hardware). Customer service is hit and miss: today the cashier refused to wear a mask and when I said that I didn't mind waiting he refused to ring me through and another staff member came to ring me through.

A good store. I go there when I can but it does not have great hours. Closes early on Saturday and not open on Sunday's That's when working folks need to get their supplies. So quite often I have to go into the city for supplies.

Limited selection, high prices and the only hardware store I've been to the doesn't allow returns for lumber. In the past, I've always bought a bit of extra materials in case my estimates were off and returned what wasn't needed to avoid another trip to the store. I bought 2X4X8's (for a ridiculous 7$ a piece) and had several left over and they refused. Service is ok but dont shop here for large projects.

Not the big shop like in the big city, but they manage to carry the essential.Good friendly knowledgeable service, a little expensive but that's to be expected, it's not in a big city.My only complaint is the high delivery charge making it feasible, only for large purchases, if you don't own a truck, most people are limited to what fits in there cars. Personally I would shop there much more often if It was $15 to $25 for small short distance deliveries.The current $50 charge is way to much, unless it's a large order.That's only my opinion of course.

Upbeat helpful, friendly staff. A very good hardware store and construction materials yard.I drive further than my local store, for the extensive selection available and the positive attitude. That should tell you something. JGood adherence to coVid protocol.I was a little ticked off when the owner checked that the fuses in my hand, were the old ones I walked in with, just to make sure I wasn't stealing anything.
