The positive: The pizza here was actually good, I liked it.The negatives: The order/cash register counter is disorganized, with no direction from staff or signage on where to form a line. We had 2 people just walk right by us as we waited to place or order, no cares given.When it came to our turn, we placed our order and paid... no receipt.We were taking our pizza to go, after over half an hour it seemed pretty obvious that our order had gone wrong (others that arrived later than us had came and gone long ago).My partner asked the employee that took our orderhow long until our pizza is ready?" and we were literally IGNORED - no reply. (NOTE: Think about that for a moment.. politely asking an employee a direct question about your order and they literally ignore you).Instead

Understaffed and overwhelmed. We really enjoy pizza from here but every time we order it now it's burnt. Today they had to remake our party pizza and still ended up burning it again. They are way too flustered in there and I feel bad for them as it's not entirely their fault. They need to hire more help because the staff here is overwhelmed during the peak hours of the day between walk in orders, online orders and UberEats. We will be going to a different location until this issue is resolved and hope to be back soon.

Service and atmosphere was good. Pizza lacked enough tomato sauce and cheese, thus was very dry. And while I do allow their thinner crust pizza to burn a little, our slices (me and my sis) were over done and definitely burnt :(And I've been to other Pizzailos without this issue:(

This used to be my fav local pizza spot. Yesterday experience was a disaster. Took 1h and 45 mins to get 2 pizzas and they were not worth it. Seems to be new owner and they have radically changed the dough. It sucks. Won’t be ordering again.

$57 for an XL 4 topping, Panzerotti and dips.Wanted to treat my new-comer to Canada relatives to our best pizza. I was absolutely shocked. Was this done on purpose? There is no way someone at a Pizza shop can make a pizza worse than frozen delisio.I created a mediterennean with sundried tomato, olives, broccoli and feta. What I received was olives and feta. There was a total of a head of soggy broccoli. The first layer of cheese was nearly non existent. To top it off? The whole bottom layer was waaaaay overcooked. It was like chewing on shards of plastic.I could have gone to Pizza Pizza and gotten the same for $28 all in... with a consumable Pizza at that.Apparently their customer service doesn't exist outside of an email ticket. I can't even ask for a refund / credit.The panzerotti was great though lol. Pizza went to the dogs.I'm really upset and want my money back our of principle. This was like a Flippin violation for the price.

Ordered the Godfather (Extra Thick Crust) pizza through UberEats. Pizza came with thin crust. Restaurant said it was my fault because I didn't pay the Deep Dish" $3 customization. Told them there is no option to customize to deep dish because it is already an extra thick crust pizza. No apology

Pizzaiolo at Bloor and Jane is our go-to place for Friday pizza-night. The staff are always friendly, the pizza is always fresh and if you ever have to wait (they are very popular on Friday at 6pm) they are steps away from some wonderful cafes in the Bloor West village.

The best pizza in the city. I love all of the options available and the pizza consistently tastes great. Also, great prices and variety.
