Derek is a professional and a perfectionist, I appreciate his detail oriented work and all the effort he put forth to create a special organized installation for me; he worked within my time restraint and went above and beyond with his expertise in home theatre.

Derek was very professional and knowledgable about everything related to tech in our home. He did a fantastic job setting up our new smart TV with everything that we needed - he showed us how to operate and trouble shoot all the new tech. He also set up a new mesh wifi system in our home, giving us a very strong signal all throughout our home and backyard. He is very kind and made the whole process seamless!
