I was about to rent a place managed by this disturbing company. when the Chinese lady who showed me the unit insulted my Ukrainian family who were viewing the unit with me because they asked if there any any pest problems. She was about to punch all of us in the face, she got very aggressive and started yelling at us. Please if anyone needs to personally deal with this company you need to have a camera recording and have some self defence skills incase they attack you. Very dangerous people.

Waited 3 weeks to get approval for a unit. 3. Weeks. For 1500 a month, which used to be 1600, I understand why they lowered the price. Horrid communication. Will not ever attempt to rent off Bella again. We found another place during this 3 weeks that had everything bella's unit had, and only for 1150/month. They approved us in 3 days! Don't bother with this company.

I was kept waiting far past our scheduled move-in inspection, which ultimately had to be postponed because the employee forgot the paperwork for the unit I viewed.Don't expect your deposit back either.

Really shady property management company. I rented a unit on 83rd and they would not keep up with unit issues I paid for a lot out of pocket, on top of that prior to moving out I cleaned the unit top to bottom and steam cleaned. They then claimed I had a pet (when I didnt) said the carpet was saturated in urine (which it wasnt) and kept my entire deposit. Due to my financial situation I didn't pursue it but for those out there who rely on getting it back take my advise DO NOT RENT A BELLA MANAGED UNIT they will do what ever it takes to rob you of your money with doing as little as possible to make a unit livable.

Extremely unprofessional company. Our condo building locks were being changed due to a security issue.I was told to come pick up a new key at the head office between 1pm and 6pm the following day. I took time off work and I showed up at 1:05pm. I dropped off my old key with the woman at the front desk and I was given a new key for the building.I then went back to work for the afternoon. Once I returned home after work, at approximately 5:30pm, my new key didn’t work in both the front and the back door.I was unsure if I had been given the wrong key or if the locks had yet to be changed. I then had to rush back to their head office before they closed at 6:00pm so that I could pick up my old key that I had dropped off earlier.When I told Joyce (licensed property manager) that the new key doesn’t work, she asked what I meant. I explained to her that the key won’t go into the keyhole. She then said “well obviously they haven’t changed the locks then”. Her comment was rude, arrogant and unnecessary.No one had the decency to call me or send me an email to let me know that the locks had not yet been changed and that I would have to come back before 6pm to pick up my old key.I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone. Their staff is incompetent and unable to communicate effectively to their clients.

I would give them less than one star if there was an option; the list is so extensive that it would take me forever to conclude. BUT the #1 FLAW that tops the list is LACK OF COMMUNICATION. Bella! is there are lack of paper and ink in your office???? are you short staff???? why can't you guy communicate effectively???The most unprofessional property management company ever. And for those here that say they are good and had a great experience …...it's only a matter of time; that smile will be a frown.This is a two-year update.... they are still the worst ever! Don't don't don't ever hire them for your building management. They floor homeowners with fees and everything you can be charged with. They delay work that needs to be done and have not apologies for their unprofessional behavior. I wish their contract will just expire. There is just too much to say about them...All Negative.....the owner of Bella Management is extremely rude when you bring up concerns, she gets defensive and arrogant, did I mention she is rude, she will pretend to be nice at first but be warned. NEVER EVER USE THEM YOU WILL REGRET!

After reading all the reviews I became extremely suspicious. Nevertheless, the location of the condo seemed more attractive than some possible management mishaps so I went through to see the place. Yes, Alison was 15 minutes late for the viewing, never acknowledged that nor apologized and went straight to business.Condo was in 'meh' condition, walls patched, floor tiles cracked, bathtub has seen some heavy beating that's for sure. I am not planning to send them my application since they obviously don't give a single f about potential clients. So yep, just a fresh review here for you guys, this company seems to be consistently lousy business.

If I could give no stars I would. Horrible, non-professional individual who abuses her ‘authority’ or lack thereof. When my husband would call for help with furnace (we went without heat one cold February), the persons employed didn’t know what they were doing. Never fixed issue (just ‘temporary bandaids’) and Alison Pon says my husband did something to furnace! Right! We don’t like heat! Didn’t make sense. Probably just cheap, cheap, cheap so she didn’t want to spend the money provided by the owner. This was a condo in Terwillegar and Bella Property did not pay the condo fees according to the condo board.Alison Pon would not allow us to accompany her in walk through then took pretty much entire damage deposit less $40 for wear and tear. The suite was immaculate when we left. Had we known what she would do, we probably wouldn’t have cleaned prior to move out. She also told me “I know things about your husband!” In front of my mother in law and myself. Professional? Not. NEVER NEVER rent from Alison Pon,Bella Management & Realty Ltd - you hear the name? Turn around and leave or you will have a hellish experience.

Apparently they do not know how to keep the trees cleaned up and tidy on the grounds. Lovely places for thieves to hide and break into your vehicle in the parking lot also, slow to fix the lights at the back garbage area. Very dangerous in winter, never clean the back parking lot or put out gravel on slippery roads but on icy sidewalks making them more dangerous, for sure. God help you if you comment on getting something done about it too. I have never been screamed at for asking that they consider salting the sidewalks before by a company in pay to keep the sidewalks safe.
