Alissa and the team at Midnight Magic were wonderful to deal with for my online shopping experience! I ordered a bra in a specialty size, so I knew it would take some time to arrive. Alissa kept me up to date on my order, and let me know the options I had when the bra didn't come in the color I originally picked. Will definitely be using thia store again in the future.

Midnight Magic Lingerie
I was so disappointed with my experience at Midnight Magic. I took my 12 year old daughter for her first non-sports bra. Needless to say she was very nervous, but I wanted her to be properly fitted. The sales associate fit her with a bra that she said fit like a glove. However, when I got home and spoke with my daughter in more detail, it was way, way too big. The bra she said fit was too big both in cup and width. When I went to return the bras the sales associate told me twice that I was wrong and that the bras fit. The sales associate also would not give me a refund for the bras and only gave me a store credit. I never ever want to return to this store and never want to deal with this difficult sales associate again. I have purchased bras from Nordstrom, Diva Lingerie in Vancouver and Philosophy in Edmonton. All have been excellent experiences. I have never had such a terrible experience and rude sales associate. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

I visited this location today and was sized expertly. I’ve never had a professional sizing before and walked out with the perfect bra, on budget. I didn’t get her name but she was super helpful and kind :) I am glad to know of a local place to shop for bras.They had a great selection of bras, swimwear, and even Saxx for the men in your life!

HOLY WOW!! What a great, efficient experience. We came from Grande Prairie on the hunt for a bra that fits. Not too hopeful and expecting disappointment, as a large bust and small-ish frame is hard to size in a bra. My fitter sized me rapidly AND accurately on her first go. She had me test different movements and positions to ensure they truly did fit, and was able to secure another bra from a different store in my size and fit for me when she didn’t have much else for me to take home on the spot. Will be coming back here! Thank you so much Midnight Magic!

My first time the visiting the Lingerie store and, I'm extremely happy with my experience. The fitter was very experienced and knew exactly what would work for me. With her advice, I made 2 purchases. Well worth checking this store out. Great selections.

I'm not one to leave negative reviews but.. I came in here with my mom at 4:45pm today...we clearly read the sign before entering, seeing that they were closing at 5pm. We had 15 minutes to spare (we knew what we wanted when we walked in) . Anyways we go in as my mom was just interested in finding a sports bra. After the worker was done helping the customer, my mom simply asked if they did fittings out of curiosity. She knew her size but just wanted to try one on.. The worker promptly stated that they do but they closed in 15 minutes so there wasn't enough time to do a fitting. She simply wanted to try one on and knew her size, but that comment instantly turned us away as customers as we felt we were being shooed away. There was no point in wasting our breath explaining this as we were clearly not welcomed. So sorry we inconvenienced you"."
