I've never had to wait more than 2 days for my products to ship and arrive to my door.I love how they are providing such great variety and service to the Lower Mainland. Such a gem!

I am so happy I discovered Socialite Beauty a few years ago. I have always been struggling to find great quality products, especially within Canada, that actually are worth the price you pay. I hesitated about the no return/exchange policy at first but I can honestly say that I have never been disappointed with any of the products I’ve purchased and tried from Socialite Beauty. Customer Service is fantastic and friendly and I love how quickly orders ship! I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.

My comments today will be on customer service and product. First off, I have experienced fantastic customer service. I have recently made the switch to non-toxic makeup and skin care and I, naturally, had many questions, particularly on the makeup side of things. My questions were always answered within a day or two and very well explained. Thank you to those that sit behind the keyboard and answer our questions, even though we will never see you, I appreciate your customer service and attentiveness to my inquiries. Shipping is fast and only takes a couple days to be processed and shipped. On to product. Well after research I chose to go with 100% Pure as the best choice for me. I am very thankful that Socialite Beauty carries this product. The make up is absolutely amazing and I couldn't be happier with the results in my look. I have purchased only a couple other brands from them (lip liner & avocado waterproof mascara) that 100% Pure did not make; and I am super happy with those as well. I suppose the best part of receiving my product is that the packaging dissolves in water!!! It's literally the coolest thing I've ever seen and so fun to do knowing that you are not destroying the planet. Thank you Socialite for helping out in this way. Overall I am 100% satisfied with this company and the products that they carry and will continue to purchase as I need.

Socialite Beauty is one of my favourite places to buy beauty products, especially NIOD and The Ordinary. They ship out quickly (typically the next business day) and my orders are well packed, so nothing breaks or leaks. They also have good sales and deals, and always include a sample or two of something new to try. Highly recommended!

Have ordered a few times now and have been so impressed. Delivery is super fast and they include some lovely samples (although on my last order I only received one tiny one so was a bit saddened). Really happy with my experience -- wish they had even more brands so I can do most of my beauty shopping with them.

Great company, received my Make up order quickly, one of my items was slightly broken, they quickly reshipped me a replacement that arrived a couple days after. Lots of free samples with both shipments. This was my first time ordering from this company but I will for sure use again, they carry all my favourite products!

What a great first order experience! Im a reluctant on line shopper but when I saw my favorite perfume at a great price, discovered it would be sent to me from a local BC company, I couldn't resist. The ordering was flawless, shipping rate really reasonable and confirmation e mail was immediate. Best yet their products are all enviro friendly and their shipping peanuts are dissolvable in water. Great all around!

I am soooo happy I found this store. Their website is so user friendly, their reward program is awesome and their customer service is 10/10!I have been a Sephora Rouge member for 8 years but I am so fed up with their customer service. And how much their reward program has changed.Having access to Socialite Beauty has made my decision to no longer purchase from Sephora so simple. And I look forward to purchasing from Socialite Beauty in the future!
