Don't be a methadone patient and come here, you'll be treated worse than the dirt on the floor. One good pharmacist named Dave, the rest are awful, judgemental humans.Edit- was forced to go back here today, and my experience was more pleasant with an as far as I know, new female pharmacist, maybe things are looking up.

I used to work here and as an Employer they were amazing. I have been a customer here too and have always felt that they were great to their clients as well. I just wish their Bible Hill Location would get the Post Office contract and have a full service station like they do on the Esplanade. :)

They also have a separate store related to special health care needs from daily use items from orthopedic items to wheelchairs, walkers and canes. Special needs items for people who requires help with daily routines. If item is not in stock, it can be ordered in for you. Knowledgeable staff to assist you with all your health care needs.

As a tourist I was looking for UTI antibiotics and afraid I had to go through the hassle of 1)finding a family doctor 2)pee in a cup 3)wait for the results, 4)receive a prescription 5)high costs before 6)going to the pharmacy. But as of today this pharmacy is allowed to prescribe UTI antibiotics after a consultation about your symptoms and contact details!I was helped by the lovely Shelly A. MacPhee who completely understood my situation as a tourist and was eager to help me and get me my antibiotics as soon as possible.It took a total of 45 minutes and costed me CAD45,- total(CAD25,- for the intake and CAD20,- for the antibiotics). No hassle, 10/10 recommend!

Prescription was not delivered my fiancé had to get a prescription faxed over from his doctor for a viral infection and needed it delivered due to us not being able to leave the house because we are in isolation due to having covid have had to call them ever sense 5 pm to see where his prescription was and now it’s a hr past close and still has not gotten his antibiotics he needs to take to clear up his infection not a very good way to keep customers great customer service guys keep up the great work not!!!!
