I put in a clean offer for a property, no conditions, full price, large deposit, but it was through a differentr real estate company. Although the Leeland agent said that the offer was presented, it was supposedly turned down by the buyer in favour of Leeland's own buyer. I was not even given the chance to increase my bid and we would have gone significantly higher for the property. I feel that if their vendor knew that they may have lost many thousands of dollars due to the inappropriate actions of Leeland Realty, they would be very unhappy.
