Had a great experience dealing with Centra. The quote to replace my windows was far lower than I had been prepared for. The install day was quick with minimal effort needed on my part. Konnor and his team (Josh, Justin and Russell) did a top notch job. Defiantly will recommend Centra to anyone needing the services they provide.

We bought in a house in 2021 that still had it's original 1983 windows and we needed to get them replaced. We did our due diligence and decided to go with Centra. They were a bit more costly, however we're big believers in you get what you pay for".We dealt with Natalie in the beginning and she was very helpful. She walked us through all the various types of windows and we settled on vinyl

They are knowledgable, have many choices, options & very impotant honest. Out installers Josh, Paul, Scott, Franco & Andrew were courteous, covered our carpets and cleaned up daily.We got our B.C. Centra recently installed 175 (# corrected) of their new windows in our 5 story condo building at 2920 Cook Street. The installation team installed windows in 35 units. The process required one day per unit. Crew members were well prepared, expertly trained, properly equipped, competent, friendly and always courteous. I was particularly impressed with their attention to detail and their eagerness to make things right. They protected all the floors from damage. At the end of each day , every suite and hallway was left clean and in good order. The owners are extremely appreciative of Centra’s fine job and certainly love their new windows. We moved in to a very old mobile home that desperately needed new windows. We contacted a few companies and was amazed at the price of replacement windows…way over what we wanted to pay. So I called Centra Windows for a quote and before he new my budget the quote was spot on and the value was much more. It was a pleasure dealing with this fine tuned company. Wow, wow, wow!!! These guys are next level! Every level of the installation was incredible, including timeliness, communication and cleanliness. Impeccable service in every area from both Konnor and Scott installing all of our 15 windows and patio door. These guys aren't just installers; they're employee owners and this shone through in every detail from start to finish. They discovered some rot issues during the process, but no problem, they just consulted with us about it, then fixed the problem. And always with a smile and good nature no matter the challenge. They even fixed some poor trim that was left from another company years ago and also asked me for paint so they could touch up where they had repaired some rot. Absolutely impeccable attention to detail and by far the best service I've EVER received from any company period!!!There are also others that made this experience so pleasant, so I want to give a shout out to Gio and Eli for coming to help Konnor and Scott install the very large living room window. Again, friendly great service! And last, but certainly not least, this entire experience started out perfectly when we met Jonathan our sales rep. He couldn't have been more friendly and helpful and really made us feel like we were making the right decision. Honestly, from beginning to end, from sales, to office staff to the installers, this has been an incredible experience. Don't bother looking for windows and doors anywhere else...you'll only be disappointed and wished you gone with this team! We're so happy!!!

The Centra Crew, Andrew, Josh and their third crew member, were absolutely awesome in their professionalism and care and consideration.My unit is full of easily damaged museum artifacts and they were very attentive in not harming anything at all.They took the initiative in helping to restore pieces of heavy workshop equipment back to its position well.
