Booked a limo for a concert back in March. The booking and planning all went well with Jason. They needed a credit card up front to book so I paid. I cancelled a month prior to the event and was told it would be no problem, and that I would be reimbursed on the next workday. I mentioned I would use their services again as the experience up until this point went well. I still have not been reimbursed for this booking, 4 months after the fact. I cannot get a hold of anyone in the office, e-mails are ignored. I'd give you 0 stars if I could. Next step is the better business bureau. Do the right thing and straighten this out asap. MarkUpdate because the owner actually followed up for once:Since Covid restrictions have relaxed, and you are now opened back up, how does giving me a refund sound? You still never responded to any emails or messages. I can show you my better business bureau claim in which you guys never responded. Its been over a year, and I can't believe you are just now replying to negative comments. Way to stay on top of customer service and doing what is right.
