Amazing work, added 8 sprinklers, labour was significantly cheaper than other company’s, explained my bill and why, took 31 minutes to arrive at my remote house, got in and got out with no headaches

CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!. Irrigation North replaced 7 sprinkler heads on my property 90 days after I first called. I received a bill the next day for $950. Asked for a breakdown of the $450 labour charge rate. Took him 5 days to break it down for me. Charged me one hour to get to my place for 3 guys. Only takes half hour to get to my place from where he was as per Google maps.Told me I had to pay for road construction delays as well. His labour rates are $80 for him and $60 each for his 2 workers, plus a truck surcharge They charged me $220 to get to my place before performing any work. Then he decides to threaten to send my outstanding invoice to a collection agency 6 days after the work was performed and clearly states net 30 days on his invoice. I would advise everyone to find a different irrigation company if they don't want to be taken advantage of.
