Some of the staff could use some training in customer service, Not busy when we ate there but didn't get two drinks. Had to ask twice.

Great restaurant and great service. The waitresses are also very kind. I’ve been evacuated here from the floods and the people here have been making life easier with their support and great food. It is easy to make adjustments on the menu and they are very gluten accommodating! Highly recommend!

Love White Spot. Ive never eaten in the restaurant but get take out anytime I visit Terrace and it's always great. Get the garlic parmesan bacon fries, best thing ever.

The wait staff were good but the food :-( …. I eat regularly at white spot as I travel a fair bit and, usually it is a safe bet. This was pretty bad. Fish and chips soggy, and it tasted like the coleslaw was missing an ingredient or two as creamy and tangy it was not. Lacklustre is a good starting point.

Very nice atmosphere and an excellent beer and wine selection. Definitely one of the best vegetarian burgers I’ve ever had. Toasty warm with large window view of main street Terrace.As of Jan9 2020 white spot coleslaw was my absolute favourite and I love coleslaw but I’ve noticed they’ve changed something and I’m not sure what, but it has lost something now.

We tried to stop by for lunch and was sat by management and the place was empty three servers on and not one came over to greet us when I tried to bring it up and talk to them after watching them greet a table 10-15 minutes later I brought it up to them and all I got was a “really” before we walked outThe food is great but the service was very poor
