Scott Barras Summerland, BC. I got home from being out of town for 2 months to find inside temperature at 58 F my furnace was not working. The company that installed my system were no longer in business so I called Coppertec after hours. I was contacted, sent pictures of my furnace specs. The required part was ordered the next business day and the following morning the repair was done to my surprise under warranty. I can not say enough about how professional the entire job was handled.

Clint at Coppertec was amazing. He has the processes and professional way of doing business that made the experience a breeze. He knew the Fortis rebate program inside and out and showed us how to take full advantage. Recommended quality products that were in our budget, kept things simple, we were not interested in fancy touch screen controls. It was a pleasure doing business with him. I had a new Goodman Furnace and air conditioning unit installed this summer. The employees were very professional and did a great job with the installation. The new Goodman Furnace is much quieter than my old furnace. I have noticed that my heating bills have been lower because the new furnace is much more efficient. There was a rebate for the new furnace and they completed all of the paperwork for the rebate.

Fantastic service. Fixed a leak in our air conditioning and we had a nice cool house for the first time in weeks. Our system is about 20 years old and due to be replaced.
