Unfriendly staffI went to do ear piercing for my daughter , the girl with blonde hair who will do piercings she didn't help me which one good for her. she is rude she start laughing and talked to me in frowning face and she didn't care at all.Im disappointed. I will never come againI don't know why the store Hires people like that!!!

So expensive. You can’t even move in this store. Uhaul boxes piled up to the ceiling, like all the time. Why??? The manager is always standing behind cash doing nothing. Maybe do some of that stock blocking people from moving in the store? Also, the store is the size of a closet yet employee(s) won’t ever look at or acknowledge you.

I will stay away on this location. Don't deserve even 1 star. Unprofessional, unfriendly, racist staff. The lady with curly hair today scared my daughter with her bad attitude. Now my daughter is afraid to go to the store.

Great place loved it my daughter is 7 and she can go wild in their I feel this is a great place for women young and older I my self have found something in their that I have wanted my self earing and lip gloss other items as well, friendly helpful staff really patient with everyone

The store was neat and tidy but it was clear that potential customers can't keep their paws out of the makeup. I wanted to buy my daughter a compact and 2 well sealed items had been opened and tampered with. There's even a sign stating that customers must not open product but people are jerks. They literally turn perfectly good product into unusable unsellable garbage. I felt bad for the lady working there she genuinely was trying to help us and was very sweet. Great customer service.

Seem there is no professionalism at this site. We waited for 20 min, to get pierce with kid. And at the end they said sorry there is someone else has appointments after you and we cant get this done for you. They would ask us at the time we arrived so we don't have to wait. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable in todays world. Sorry I m not coming to this site. Sorry you lost a customer.

Small but well organized. Always a sale going on, which is nice, and the prices may seem competitive, but sometimes the quality can be a bit questionable. Still, their constant new and innovative inventory keeps me coming back to buy cute knickknacks for my friends/family.
