Not a bad spot. Staff seems nice. Karaoke night is good when there's not too many people and the dj seems nice. The dartboard however could be moved to another spot since that's where the bands play and where karaoke is done just to give us something to do while waiting for the band and/or your turn in karaoke. That's what's keeping me from giving this a 5 star rating

Highly recommended.Dropped in on the way to the train station to kill a couple hours at lunchtime today.Bartender / server was awesome.Other guests were friendly.Food was good.Highly recommended.

This place knows how to make a burger. A thicker one at that. 1/2 lb of well salted ground beef. The fry on the onion rings and fries was excellent. Toast on the bun nails the meal. The coleslaw is quite acidic, and not sweet, might have raw garlic and it really balances against the deep fried goodness of the sides. I will definitely be back.

I've heard that this is the oldest continually operating bar in Canada. Not sure that's true, but this place sure has some history. Great laid-back vibe. Food is way better than you'd expect in a place like this. Excellent service too. Sometimes they even have 50 on tap!

Great historic neighbourhood bar with a tucked away patio and lots of divey charm. Great place for a sunny afternoon pint, dinner, or a night out. They have regular karaoke and live music, and you are bound to have a good time no matter what your scene. It's a local favourite!

An awesome bar with live music and great karaoke. Lots of parking around. Very reasonable prices and usually pleasant Canadian patrons. The owners are great guys. I'm one of the regulars. Highly recommended

This place is an institution. Great place to hang out with friends for beer & grub. They need to add more vegetarian and vegan options to their menu -- it's a little outdated. They have good fries. Other than that a fun meeting place and an inspiring open mike night on Thursdays. Back patio in the warmer months.

So much potential; the interior and the patio area could use an update and some sort of change to shake up the demographic group that frequents this establishment would give this place much needed new life so that it could take advantage of its great location in Walkerville. Other than that, it's just a regular tavern with a decent outdoor patio that is overall somewhat underwhelming at the moment.
