Siddhartha's Tiffin

Loving this new one company i tried, being as a IT professional i am able to get good food when i reach home, prices are very good of what i am getting. and taste is way better than couple of companies i tried. , A must try items are their south indian and biryani day.

This tiffin still owe me $109.20Since last 4 months. No reply on whatsapp, email or phone. Kept on postponing refund as his business shut down or renovation or whatever he claims. Now website is not there, he blocked on whatsapp. Gave us excuses for 4 months. I am sending legal notice

Any new customers wondering if they should try Siddhartha tiffins, please don’t. They are not professional at all. They don’t pick up calls or call back. Employees are very rude and don’t know how to talk to the customers. If you unsubscribe from them, they don’t return your remaining money. They keep it. And the food is not sufficient at all. One time I received one piece of chicken only. That’s not enough for a bachelor person. When you come home hungry except to have sufficient food, I gave this place a shot even after reading their reviews being terrible. I had a horrible experience with them. Don’t waste your money on this place.

Great food and timely delivery. Have been using the tiffin service for the past 5 months and would definitely recommend. The taste is pretty close to home food. The best thing is you get variety on a day to day basis, that makes sure you don't feel monotonous.

they don't pay their employees as many of them i knew drift did not get their payment worked there 1 or 2 months payment not paid then block the employees calls, abused them and give them warning there food is soo oily

Scam Alert! This company takes your money but doesn't deliver anything in return. I paid for the weekly subscription and was not able to select any meals. There is no way to contact them as they don't pick up calls and don't respond to emails, you can try calling their number and check, it will go straight to voicemail.

Some of the continental food items have been salted to the point of being non-edible. Some orders have had missing items. For two weeks the tawa rotis were actually just pieces of tortilla bread. On two occasions the order has not arrived at all, not sure if I was billed for that. They don't answer the phone or address any of these issues.Last week the website was hacked. A large group email without using BCC was sent out that doxxed my email to 100+ other clients.Unprofessional service and I regret having renewed a subscription for a second month literally days before all these problems intensified.Not worth it Siddartha's.

Food is ok but worst customer service. We are students with part-time jobs and pay $280 to not receive food for 3 days straight and when call or text them, no one picks up. After trying many times they finally picked up one time and said they will refund the credits when food wasn't delivered but we haven't got any yet. There was 1 credit left still it now shows no active subscription. Don't order from here guys!!

I like Siddhartha's Tiffin customer service and food so far. I have tried Yogi's kitchen in the past. I had diarrhea after eating Yogi's kitchen food and got a very rude and insulting response from their customer service. Compared to Yogi's kitchen I find Siddhartha's Tiffin customer service polite and the delivered food fresh.Pros:1- Rotis are soft2- Food is fresh3- They are open to listen to customers whether it's about adding new dishes or changing quantity.4- great and polite customer service.Cons:1- Sometimes dishes can be repetitive. You can have a lots of heavy creamy paneer dishes for many days (Shahi paneer, kadhai paneer etc). But I guess you can suggest them to make it less frequent.2- Delivery time is inconsistent. Sometimes it is 11:30 am and sometimes it is 5:00 pm. So I guess be prepared to have it in dinner. You will be mad in case you rely on them for lunch time.

Scam Alert!!!!I dont usually go on write reviews , but want to make sure no one makes the mistake as i did.I subscribed to the tiffin service a week ago by sending money via interac.its been a week , No response on the email and call goes directly to voicemail.Please think before you avail service from this facility , save your money !!
