It is very nice, they set your food on fire right on front of you. The decoration is rustic and unique.

Oyster night was great. Fresh as any from the PEI. Musicians were engaging and played to the crowd. Only reservation was the way the burgers were made. Friend and I had the bison and elk respectively, and because of the sous vide method of cooking the insides has a slightly mushy texture, which the post searing was not enough to overcome. Will be back to try their signature chickens.

Went For a quick bite to eat with my wife and son. We were seated very quick by the hostess. This was are first time visiting and didn't know how the burger or pizza bar worked. The Waitress took a bit to great us and seemed upset for us to be there. There was maybe only 10 tables seated. It took 10 minutes to get glasses of water and for her to come and take our order. At that time we asked how the burger bar worked and she told us. We decided to order a Mac and Cheese for my son and the wife and I got the Alix Chips to share. Are food came out 20 mins later. The Alix Chips where very good but the macaroni looked like it was leftovers out of the fridge reheated in the microwave. Meanwhile we ran out of water and was never offered a refill till we requested our bill. Not a good experience and will not be going again. The family in the next booth had different server and they got excellent service.

Pros: Excellent beer selection and knowledgable bar staff, great live music, surprisingly kid friendly. The fries are really good too.Cons: Food is lacklustre considering the price, which is definitely on the high end. Burgers are $23, so you can image what the steaks cost. Basically nothing there if you're vegetarian either.I'd definitely go back again, but I'd probably just hang out at the bar.

Came here for Sunday brunch for Father's Day. The entertainment was really great, and the food was absolutely fabulous! Even though it was buffet, it was all fresh and delicious like it had just been made. It was a bit more expensive than we anticipated ($29.99/pp, when the waitress told us we heard $20.99/pp...oops) but still very good. Will definitely be back for brunch again one day.

First time eating at Roosters, first off, great customer service. Our waitress was extremely helpful and kind. We came because we heard about the burger bar, we were surprised that it was locally sourced meat. We ordered an elk and a bison burger. You go up and grab your bun (wife had a gluten free bun, quite good) and you add sauces and toppings, which all seemed good quality as well. You come back and wait for your meat to come. Both burgers were cooked just as we like it. We added cheese and bacon to ours. Overall great food, service and experience.

Stopped by on the way back from a road trip. The food was ah-maaazing and the craft beers and sangria was awesome. Try the smoked french chicken and the summer sangria which is served year round :)

First time there. Burger was really good my wife had Korean chicken, very tasty and cooked perfectly. Different atmosphere with live music but quite enjoyable. Service was ok not bad but not super friendly. Whatever beer she suggested to me it was great. Will try this spot again.

Fairly pricey but you get what you pay for, food tastes great, the live music is good, and the local craft beers on tap are amazing! Love how their ingredients are locally sourced and they make good food taste great. Staff was also amazing and the service is very good for an upscale, busy restraunt.

Service was really slow and it was not at all busy. Beer selection was great but we were served a different beer than originally ordered. Limited food menu. Told that the veggie burger was made from scratch- it wasnt. Fries were great. The burger bar- bad idea...mayo had a hard film over it and tomatoes smelled awful,. Get rid of that option and just add toppings when you make the burger. Better burger options in town.
