Evangeline Trail Rides

This is an experience with big animals that can seriously injure you.The staff make no bones about that. Your safety and the horses safety are number 1.If you don't appreciate that, this isn't for you. (Had to mention that after reading some of the reviews, and the driveway parking area is not full of boulders btw.)This was our third visit. And we will be back for more.The ride is a real trail ride, not nose to tail riding on gravel roads. If you appreciate being on a horse in the woods on a beautiful piece of land book now.Loads of fun!

Fun experience. Not as thrilling as it is relaxing. I wish we went over how to ride the house hands on instead of being told how to do it and expected to know how. The horses looked really well taken care of.

I have a great experience there last year before I got my own horses , I keep reading they post events in FB and very happy to share my experience:they put safe as priority, because most of clients are not experienced riders . I was the third time in my whole life for trail riding and totally ZERO professional riding training.There were only 4-5 riders that time, but they still sent 3-4 workers wearing orange vest keep all people safe. there was 1 worker rode in front and 1-2 worker in the middle and 1 in the end, they kept watching and talking with you and asking how was the horse going, and teaching you how to use the rope and feet, if any of horses slow down, they were waiting, they do care of everyone. They are very hard worker and with kind heart.I believe it’s very expensive cost business and very small profit left only, they need pay lots of money for insurance , and keeping horses are very costly, but they are taking clients safety as priority, and keep their passions, very respectful team. Highly recommended!

Great experience with a group ride here. The ladies are fun and funny, and the horses are well trained and interesting. The trail we went on was hilly and wet in parts but was entirely safe. Would not hesitate to go back for another ride.

What an awesome time! The staff was great, lots of instruction, support and so friendly. The horses are beautiful, it’s obvious they are well kept and loved. The trails fun and safe. We had such a great time! Thanks we will definitely be back!!

A beautiful fall day was spent with wonderful people and a gorgeous gal named Spice.Not being a very experienced rider, as in not at all, I found the day very fun and enjoyed the trail ride along the beautiful river with our group of much more experience riders! I thank you Crystal!!! It was just excellent!!!

Amazing day. So knowledgeable about horses and training each rider. Had a great experience I can't wait to try again and this time I will know a little more about what to do and expect. I was so inexperienced and nervous. Crystal Manning and her helpers were kind and considerate. The horses were so taken care of. Healthy and happy. Thank you Evangeline Trail Rides. The company is run by a very good group. They were very hands on in helping you ride safely and comfortably. They are very conscious of your safety and their horses safety, it’s a lovely business!I would surely go back again with the group and look forward to my next time!

We had a GREAT time with Crystal and her gang at Evangeline Trail Rides! We did a very relaxing trail ride, and even the least experienced horse rider was able to keep up and manage with expert guidance from the trail-hands.
