We won't be returning to this location... three or four tables had trash on it from pervious customers, pop spilled all over the pop machine, and papers/wrappers on the floor it was disgusting.I noticed maybe one of the front attendant's being new, but the two ladies were correcting a order that was messed up and I said this to my bf who was waiting It takes two woman to tell the food prep... that it's grilled not crispy... I shook my head and also said never again.There was no front counter staff to help customers with their orders. I was one of them waiting for three sandwiches for 10mins...and we still didn't get our cups for our drinks"

By far the worst location in pa from not being able to stir coffees to not opening the lobby doors till 9 all the way to always forgetting parts of the order you paid for then never getting a receipt. Would highly recommend going elsewhere

Like the other reviews I’ve seen if I could give this McDonalds a zero I would. I’ve lived in Cornerstone area two years and come here a few times at least 10-12 times. Their breakfast sausage and egg tasted so expired and mind you we ordered four of those and they were all a SAFETY CONCERN. Greyish colour and a weird funky taste, fries here don’t even bother ordering those undercooked undersalted. I don’t have the highest standards it is McDonalds after all, but I think this may be the WORST McDonalds in all of Calgary. Everything there is undercooked but their fries are on another level. Also BMW prices at this location they charge $6 for a medium undercooked cardboard unsalted fry. Had a Mcdouble from here once and the cheese wasnt even melted…. Thats how COLD it was. Worst McDonalds if you can, drive to another location. Not worth your money. Everyone here who works there is clueless as well.

They sold us RAW and greasy nuggets today. My poor 7 year old son was the one who ate one and told us they taste funny. We look and they were still raw

Ordered $85 worth of food. The guy taking our order sounded angry and curt. We tried ordering McChicken sauce and at first they said $0.35 per sauce and then said $0.55 per sauce packet. They did not ring the sauce through the till and would not give a receipt. The fries were cold and they forgot the sauce for the chicken nuggets. If I could give zero stars, I would.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This McDonald’s restaurant in particular has the worst team of employees I’ve ever witnessed. I went to get the 2 can din big Mac meals and I got charged for 4 big mac meals, I did not get my food or a refund for the order I made. The manager was a complete jerk and kept shutting the window when I tried to speak to him to get it sorted out. Very unprofessional, and very rude. Last time I ordered from this McDonald’s restaurant they got my order wrong as well, multiple times. Tried giving them the benefit of the doubt but no, the employees there are rude and disrespectful.

I don't know if its been a change of management, employees or better training but these guys are consistently pumping out great quarter pounders. Tastes like a burger when I was a wee boy. Although they do miss 1 or 2 items on some orders I had so I can't do 5 stars.

I still wonder how the fries can stay looking the same as the day you bought them a year or more later but I'm ok with that. The fries are always yummy and the first thing i eat before they get cold. The burgers always taste good. My top burgers are the mcdouble and the carolina western bbq burger.We went through the drivethrough to order. The service was fast and on point and the friendly staff at the windows made for a pleasant experience.
