I was having trouble with the fridge in my RV. These guys went out of there way to get it going. Really good service and great guys to deal with.

Took our older trailer in for fibreglass repairs along one side (my own fault). Ken and the guys did an absolutely fantastic job on the repairs, far exceeding my expectations, and I've had other people comment on how, had they not known in advance, they wouldn't notice the now-repaired damage. They also went to some lengths to hit their initial cost quote, and were responsive and easy to communicate with. While I hope never to need similar repairs again, if I do I would not hesitate to bring my trailer and my business back.

Karl and the team were very easy to work with and understanding. They worked well to get my trailer fixed and would recommend them for people to get items fixed.The store is also very well stocked and has many pieces one may require. If you need something, check out the store first.

I had water pump issues and was driving through. They quickly booked me in and did a replacement. So pleased with the service and feedback they provided .Susan

If I could give this place a 0 star review I would. We had numerous issues last fall with Ken in Service refusing to give us the original blind back that was meant to be repaired by a third party. He used profanities when describing the lady who was supposed to be fixing it and repeatedly called her “crazy” and that he wouldn’t be willing to retrieve it because “he didn’t want to piss her off”. In addition to the slide toppers, etc. It was to be winterized however on our first trip camping this spring we have not only had to replace the kitchen tap, but have found multiple leaks in the water lines. Upon calling Ken, he eventually passed me off to the owner Carl after admitting he “is not as experienced”. Carl was arrogant and rude which seems to fit with the style of service you can expect to receive from this place. Needless to say after some choice words were exchanged we have decided to take our RV elsewhere and would encourage others to do the same. DO NOT waste your time, money, or sanity here.

Contacted Mr. RV in June 2022 because we had a SGI claim and needed our RV to get fixed. Not many places in Saskatoon that take RV SGI claims. Talked to Carl about the SGI claim and emailed the claim to him and got no response. After 2 weeks of not hearing from Carl I call and he was NEVER available to talk to me. Finally he called me back and agreed to go to my house to look at the damage and see what needed to be fixed and replaced. He said he would order the parts and contact me when they came in and they would arrange to have us drop off the RV. It is now December 12th 2022 and no contact from Carl regarding parts arriving. Do NOT recommend for SGI repairs!!! Feel like he was trying to avoid me.

I remodeled my entire 1985 RV with this business. Always welcoming and inviting. Never had any problems with the products they sold me and when I ordered they came in a timely fashion. Anytime I had questions they were answered honestly and professionally. I'll definitely be back.

Had a right turn signal out on my trailer while travelling thru Saskatoon, couldn’t find anywhere to check it for me on a weekend called Mr RV and was told there were no techs but come by and he would have a look. Changed out the bulb and got a light but no signal, tested my truck and suggested it was an issue with my truck. I was able to change the fuse and everything was working perfectly! Thanks so much for taking the time to check this and making the suggestions and getting us back on our way for vacation!
