Its My first home, Birchwood made a beautiful home for my family.Good quality products used throughout, good finishes, excellent supportive staff. I will certainly refer with confidence to my friends and families

Have concern about this builder bought house from them in nov 2020 they charged me extra fee on the day off closing wich I wasn't aware of their realtor never told me that also I got short in money on closing day wsnt expecting extra 5k.thy charged some utilities charges landfee + warranty came to 5000$ wch all shud b part of price we agreedon.i finally spoke with builder he told me thts part of their standerd.wch surprised me most builder don't charge that..other thing is quality rooms noise too much u can hear a wisper from other rooms.Cheap cabinets n their handles r realy sharp .dashwood windows thy use r cheap built we had 2 don't work properly. Last thing customer service experience was bad too..

Great professional company, Helpful & Understanding staff.

Birchwood Homes, owned and partnered with York Development is very unprofessional. They take your money in full, yet do not complete their home projects, builds before moving onto other projects. They give empty promises with no follow up, no response and lack professionalism all around. They have clearly moved onto other projects and simply do not care or have the time to complete the projects outstanding as they have already received the full payment from the customers so why bother completing their homes first. When you reach out, they do not respond or when they do respond, they will tell you someone is showing up, wait all day and no one shows up. It is a real shame their operations are run so poorly as they do build a decent home (depending whether or not they actually finish it) but they lack any follow up support. Stay away

Our experience with Birchwood was splendid. As a young couple building a home is quite a big task. However having a builder that truly cares about customer satisfaction is truly invaluable. The quality of selections inside and outside was exceptional. Very transparent in what they offer! Birchwood takes pride in their work. Overall very happy with the end product and will build our next home with them!

There is only one word to explain this company... Amazing! From the design stage to the finished product, the whole process was seemless and easy. Houria is absolutely amazing at helping you choose your finishes and colours! Omar and Moe excel at customer satisfaction and honestly its a very rare quality to find in that industry. Compared to other builders, Birchwood's quality and design was by far way more superior.Thank you for everything and we will definitely be using them again for our next home.
