I was not happy with the haircut I received. I booked on a Monday and they were empty. No wonder why. They can't cut hair. My stylist cut my hair too short and barely put layers in my hair. My hair looks very choppy. Never going back not am I referring anyone to them

Nerissa was awesome as always; fantastic barber. Great experience there. Their counter staff was very friendly. Didn't catch the lady's name at the desk or I would give her a shout out as well.

Best customer service ever ! the ladies at the front counter are amazing ! my app was late they were very kind and up dating me and very apologetic and when i went to pay they covered the hair cut such a nice surprise! the hair dresser did an amazing job !

i believe richard cut my hair for me, i enjoyed talking to him during the appointment :) when i first saw my hair after the blow dry and styling, it honestly didn’t look the best but i understand he only had an hour to the washing haircut and styling (and i have long thick curly hair). but overall i honestly love my haircut, he cut off all the dead ends and my hair still looks just as long. which is amazing. richard is super slay

If I can stop one person from going to this location, this review is worth it.My girlfriend isn’t one for leaving google reviews but seeing how upset she has been over the last 3 weeks (but an ongoing process for 3 months) I felt it was imperative for others to see what she has gone through.Initially she went with long blonde hair and wanted roots to be touched up, the hairdresser left the bleach in for too long over processing it and it left stripes and spots so their remedy, being the professionals they are meant to be, was to dye it darker to correct the spots and stripes.However colour does not cancel out colour and the hair did not take the colour at all so now the hair is no longer blonde, is darker which spots and stripes still.At this point she left distraught and contacted the store manager who said come back “I will personally fix it”.However she had to wait 6 weeks due to the damage caused to her hair.On the day of her appointment the manager called to cancel and she suggested a different hair stylist who then had to colour the hair an even darker colour and cut it shorter to remove the damaged hair.The person given to her did not seem qualified to fix all of these mistakes though she was told she was as qualified as the manager.This new stylist overcharged for colouring (seeing overcharging in a few other reviews) and cut hair the badly.When she went back for them to now fix the terrible cut, the stylist was not there and was recommended another stylist to fix the cut to which this stylist did an even worse job!Myself being a man noticed how bad it was the moment she walked in the door, it honestly looked like it was cut by someone who had never picked up scissors before. You may be wondering why she kept going back but she wanted to extend grace and they kept reassuring her the top stylist would work on it.Luckily she was able to get her money b but her beautiful long hair is now gone after growing it for 4 years and is now pixie cut.What is worrying is the amount of people unqualified working there so the chances of someone needing a stylist and having the same experience is worryingly high.

HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND Lexie. She’s a sweetheart, an amazing stylist, an amazing person who takes care of you and asks at each step if I like it or not, and customer service is at point. She has great insight to what would suit me, referring products that would suit my hair texture, and top notch cutting. If you have to get anything done, I would only recommend Lexie. Thanks Lexie as always, you have been doing a phenomenal job for the past 2 years!!!!

I had my very first appointment with Natalia today and she was AMAZING. I went in for a cut and balayage and I’m just over the moon with her work. I went in with long, grown out, lifeless, 3 toned scraggly hair & she transformed me!! I feel so beautiful! She was also so easy to talk to & made me feel so comfortable. I found the pricing very reasonable, for all the hard work and time Natalia spent on my hair and the overall outcome. I was shocked (in a good way) with the results because I have to admit, I kept my expectations at 50% because you never know what to expect when visiting someone for the first time, it’s hard finding THE hair person!! Even my hubby keeps complementing me on what a great job the hair dresser did. I am absolutely 100% impressed and 10/10 recommend go see Natalia!!

I had a haircut appointment earlier this month with Renée, and though she may still be an apprentice at the moment, she did a better job than some other much more experienced stylists have done for me in the past. After the cut she also had some solid recommendations for multiple products (some were even on sale, bonus!). Add in the great conversation during the haircut and I will happily go back to her for my future hair needs!

The people on the phone were very nice and understanding. I got a simple colour done, but they were very knowledgeable and prepared as I stated that I do have previous colour and were willing to put me with a senior stylist. They also did a test strand on my family members hair as she also had previous colour on and was lifting to a potentially light blonde. The stylist I had was very polite and didn’t push coversation, which was amazing cause I was overwhelmed and over stimulated and talking to much would have pushed me over the edge. Just a note for anyone with light sensitivity bring sunglasses as it is very bright in there. They also have a room for ladies who wear hijab and completely understand that we can’t dye our hair black. One suggestion to them though is to either install a curtain or swinging doors as the poster was occasional moved a little to far and there would be a decent sized crack.
