We got their Chicken Shawarma Plate. The Plate was HUGE, it came with a lot of Chicken Shawarma on a bed of aromatic Rice, topped with Garlic Sauce and a Tomato based Sauce with a side Salad! The aromatic Rice added a ton of flavour to the plate, Chicken was a bit on the dry side but it had a good amount of crispy edges, it could use more Garlic Sauce and the Tomato Sauce was a bit too sour to our liking… It was overall an OK Shawarma plate, considering for the price too…

I have been a regular customer at this place. But unfortunately, they have lost me as their customer. There customer experience has been bad for the past few months (rarely pick up their phone) but the latest incident has convinced me that they don’t value their customers. I ordered 4 wraps, with extra garlic. However it seemed like they forgot to add garlic to the wraps as none of them had any garlic. Thinking it must have been a mistake, I went to the cashier to let them know that they didnt add any garlic. The cashier let someone in the kitchen know, and they said that they did add garlic. I told them i come here regularly and I can tell by the taste that they forgot the garlic. But the cashier argued with me and said that he trusts the “senior chef” who is insisting that he added two spoons of garlic. I told them I come here regularly and its clear that they forgot it. Their response: “lots of people come regularly like you” and continued to lecture me about how I want free sauce without paying for it. After the few mins of argument, I decided to leave, disappointed at their customer service.

I am satisfied with the food they serve. Great little shawarma place in Markham.Food portions are plentiful (mixed shawarma plate is my go-to dish), pricing is very reasonable and taste is very flavourful. Their hot sauce has a decent kick if you like the spicy stuff.Ambience of the restaurant is lackluster but you're not paying for ultra fine-dining. When they're busy it can take upwards if 15-20 mins to get your food, but they do a lot of take out orders.Overall good eats and recommended!Note: they only accept cash & debit; no credit cards.

To be honest the Shawarma deal for 2 is nice if you want something cheap and quick. Does it taste good? Its alright for the price. Its not open concept like the other shawarma spots so you dont really know how much meat your getting. Don’t try to call in to order as they will not pick up.

I ordered 2 chicken Shawarma Combos and 2 Mix Platers with basically no meat, barely anything inside, luckily we checked everything on the spot. When we showed them the poor quality and quantity food they just tried to make it over and gave us a small spoon of extra meat with no apology and explanations that why the food has no meat at all only rice and salad filled, while spending almost $50 for it. We will never go here again…0 stars for poor customer service, poor quality and very low quantity.

Great food but I don’t think food service could be any slower. No matter what time, there is always a “20-30 minute wait”. I’ve walked out many times as have others due to the poor service time. Hire people!!!

This place is great! The quality of food has never disappointed me. Their chicken is always fresh, soft, well-cooked, and very juicy. Their sauces are flavourful and rich. However, they do not put enough chicken in their chicken shawarma platters.
