My experience at this delivery centre has been amazing. When I went up to pick up my car I found an issue with the power trunk not opening and closing properly. My advisor Jay has been wonderful and immediately offered to have my car serviced right away which we did. He called me back about an hour and a half later and told me all the issues I found were fixed. When I inspected the car it was all fixed indeed and looked beautiful inside and out. Jay had so much patience and answered all of my questions in a kind and polite manner. He really made the whole experience wonderful with no stress at all. Great job all around. I am one happy customer!

This is stress free place to pick up your tesla car.All the advisers are very helpful and they don't force you to buy extra things which other dealers do.

Picking up our new Tesla was relatively smooth. A very busy place but very efficient. Qui was so helpful and so friendly. And Charles helped us with insurance, he was fast and very knowledgeable. Explained our extra options very clearly and helped us choose the best options. Also super friendly.Different kind of experience, but everything about owning a Tesla is different. Love it.

Picked up my Tesla today, right from walking in the door my husband and I were politely greeted and introduced to Jie. He was extremely helpful and polite, walked me through the paperwork and the car. Even though he was busy he took his time helping us and answered all our questions. Extremely happy with the service we received. Love the car.

One of the worst experiences ever. Nobody except the insurance workers knew what they were doing. About 4-5 different people were asking me to sign papers and then still forgot a bunch of paperwork. I was asked to come back 3x to signed missed paperwork on their end. Then when I drove back AGAIN I was treated as if I was a problem and that it wasn’t them running around confused about which papers had been signed and which hadn’t. Then to be basically threatened by an employee not to sell the vehicle after I receive it. No congratulations or anything just a very cold frustrated employee. I left with a new vehicle frustrated and unhappy with the way the employees handled everything.

Lian was super nice and she helped me get my car started! It was overall a really nice experience, we were congratulated on our purchase upon entering, and we were made to feel comfortable which was nice.Again thanks Lian for taking the time to show me all the bells and whistles, and everything I needed to know prior to taking off. It's a sick car and I love everything Telsa stands for. Thanks guys
