B&L Brassworks Inc

My husband has been working with this company for about five months now on a project for his bar. We finally received our shipment and everything was wrong. The color of the fittings and the brass poles did not match (probably due to the shortage they've been telling us about, and miraculously found a replacement for) and the measurements were cut wrong. We were told to return the product only to have been charged over $1000 for a restocking fee. we should have known better because the communication was very unprofessional and laborious on our behalf. We could never get clear answers, direct conversation (with somebody who knew what they were doing) or customer service when we needed it. This company could care less about their customers and could care less about trying to get any kind of amicable resolve. I think that speaks volumes and I would definitely steer clear of doing business with these people. We learned the hard way and now we have no shelving in our bar and we are out five months and over $1000. It's time people start being held accountable, unfortunately this is becoming more common all of the time.
