Made the process very straight forward and simple for such a stressful and difficult time. They took care of everything and were very accomodating. It was the first time I've ever had to deal with something like this for my Father's funeral, and they made the difficult time a postive and simple experience. The prices were also most reasonable based on the average homes in the city. I was helped by Victoria and she was great all the way through. Thank you

6 years ago we lost our Mom and used the East Avenue location for her visitation. Vanessa helped us with planning and was exactly the kind of person you need at a terrible time. She was empathetic and took as much off our plates as possible. We also dealt with Paul and others who were all kind and accommodating. Last week my father passed away suddenly and we called Dermody again. I was so relieved to once again work with Vanessa. She has been equally as helpful and empathetic. Always available and very quick to respond to all or our needs even after the funeral. An absolutely awful time was made a little easier by Vanessa and staff.
