Lowe's Home Improvement
Return policy is not good, especially without a receipt. Every other store will allow you to return items as long as you swipe the card it was purchased on, Lowes has decided you need the receipts. This is a good way to lose your contractor business! I know i will not be sorting through a million receipts after a job for returns, this just means Lowes has lost my business!

First thing. Good luck ever getting service. Everytime I'm here there are dozens of customers standing around waiting for help. They are clearly understaffed which means management must be awful. I even have a nice staff member from another department attempt to locate someone to help me and she couldnt find anyone.Everyone here will place blame somewhere else. They won't back their product. If you buy something and there are issues out of the brand new box, or parts are missing or wrong, they refuse to take responsibility and place all the work on yourself to fix the issue with the company who makes the product.Shop at other hardware stores. Lowes prices aren't any better than anywhere else, and if they are its marginal and you get zero backing for the product. I heavily regret my purchases.

I used to feel Lowes was the better box store lumber yard to go to, but it seems their staff is less attentive than they were even 5yrs ago. The other box store is headed in the opposite direction with service getting better.However, since the really bad service I recieved from both of these box stores during pandemic, unless I have to, I now give most of my business to the local Home Hardware stores or local lumber yards. Their customer service is, and always has been, fantastic

Today we had a very bad experience from this Sudbury Lowe’s store. The cashier, Marlene, an elderly woman was very racist and she refused to give the price difference even though it was their mistake. Then we request to see a manager and she even denied to call manager. We were stubborn to see the manager and later she called manager but was visibly showing all the disrespectfulness to us.Finally the manager came after 35minutes of wait but he was very polite and gave the price difference. Cashier Marlene was very upset about managers decision and she was murmuring behind us. I was wondering how people can be so rude and disrespectful just because of a skin tone? Worst customer service miss Marlene and please learn to respect everyone.

Horrible customer experience at Lowes in Sudbury today. We needed assistance in the countertop aisle and asked the associate in the kitchen section for help on pricing. He explained that it’s not his department but came to see if he could assist anyway. As we headed back over to the countertop section a man comes around the corner and says “what’s going on here, what do you need help with?” Before I could respond, he very rudely says “I have no pricing gun and I can’t lift anything”. I explained that I didn’t need him to lift anything but I did need a price. He again says very rudely, “prices are at the top”. I can hardly see the top as it’s pretty high and I also have no idea which countertop goes with which price. He seemed very frustrated that were asking for help as he explained that he was busy at his computer. At this point we were done considering that we had already waited a good 15 minutes for help and to be spoken to that way, no thanks! We told him that we would shop somewhere else because clearly we were an inconvenience to serve. We then proceeded to walk away as he continued to shout at us. Then we went to customer service to speak to a manager but apparently manager was too busy to speak with us. I have worked retail and customer service nearly my entire life and I would never imagine treating anyone like that.

Bought composite floor they brought it the front I paid for it was suppose to be delivered the following Monday. I am waiting for my load no contact from lowesI called Wednesday to find out they sold it again so I canceled bought them somewhere else. Done with lowes very disappointed with them.

Went there to get a fridge. Brian in the appliance section was just amazing. He helped me locate the one I was looking for. Literally the best customer service I recieved in a very long time in any of the stores. I ended up buying two instead of one. He even got a cart to load them in and brought them out for me and loaded them in my vehicle (which I really appreciate because honestly I would have struggles to put them in by myself). Thanks a lot Brian!!!! I hope he gets recognized by the management for his kindness and professionalism. Would definitely keep coming back to Lowe's.

I like to knowledge Janice at customer service for the extra effort and her empathy dealing with me this afternoon.As I did not have my receipt she managed to help me get a gift card I could use at the store which is fine with me as my renovation is not over.I am from out of town Visiting Sudbury for few days.I have noticed that another employee as I was trying to load some return material from my car, asked me if I needed help as he was going for his break.This is refreshing to witness that there are people out there who believe in customer service especially after a long shift.Thank you Janice for helping me today and keep up the good work.Thank you young man for helping even though you were going for your break.Sorry I didn’t get your name.
