UPDATE: It's been an ongoing battle back and forth with Oz, from emails to text messages but we finally received a small portion of a refund. I'm still not pleased with the small amount we received back but at least it's something.I rarely ever review companies but in this case I feel it is necessary. Like the majority of the comments below, my husband and I were also ripped off by this Oz" fellow. We paid close to $600 for 5 sessions. We ended up having 2 of the 5 sessions but it was not easy to schedule these sessions as Oz kept trying to reschedule every time. There was always an excuse as to why he couldn't make it whether it was him being bit by another dog he was training

My experience with White Wolf Dog Training has been nothing but a nightmare. This person has robed us of $841.84 with nothing to show for it. His name is Oz Elbaum or Oz Ahava, located in Oshawa or Bradford West GwillimburyI contacted this trainer due to the reviews online, BIG mistake. I made a detailed outline of what we are looking for and what problems we were having. Also stated that this is time sensitive as I am pregnant and would like some of these issues addressed before the arrival of our baby.He showed up to 1 of the 5 sessions we had booked and just stood there observing my dogs. After the 1st session we were to receive a plan of action and overview within 24 hours. This did not come for 5 days. Then the next appointment was candled and pushed back for various reasons. At the end I just said we would like a refund of the final 4 sessions. He agreed to this and has since stopped communication altogether.This guy is a fraud with a fancy website! After our first session I brought up our many concerns with his training style and he assured me that he was able to help me. But then just took our money! PLEASE BE AWEAR OF THIS PERSON!

I was ripped off for $600. I've been promised refunds none stop. I have all the email correspondence if anyone would like proof. This is a scam. I never even had 1 training session. The trainer Oz had forgotten his safety gear, or 2 times he cancelled because he was bitten! I've been told that they have initiated refunds over and over and nothing happens. They lie DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE

I have also been robbed of $550. Same experience as another reviewer, no show appointments then they agreed to a refund but don’t follow through and stop all communication.Also this is the second time I wrote a review for this dog trainer, the other one seems to have vanished.Please do not give any money to this person!

WARNING! Do not book with White Wolf Dog Training / Pawz! It's a scam. Never showed up for two booked appointments, I started to get suspicious and asked for a refund, have not received one, it's been over three weeks, and they will not answer my emails, or the phone.

Under the guise of White Wolf Dog Training- Oz defrauded us of $700+. What a nightmare experience, we were taken advantage of during a horrible time with our new dog. Took the money and after the first visit- ( which made our dog worse) dropped off the face of the planet. Watch out Oshawa and Bradford !
