i just had my wife pass away from meningitis at 26 and my kids got a flu so i got scared and called in then a doc came in and said obviously its a cold in a rude voice and was talking down to me like i should know the next news report i do i will be telling them how bad this doc was nd rude and it also says open til 5 then you call in at 3 30 and they are closed i thought it was good thing i was doing calling the doc but he looked at me like im another indian man trying to get pillsHelpful 0

Horrible customer service!!!The staff are extremely rude and don’t listen to the patients, the staff had hung up on me three times, and they had made an error! They would not have a job if it weren’t for us people calling for their services
