We stopped in for help in planning a day driving trip. The very helpful and caring staff sent us on a beautiful and scenic ride up to Lake Superior. All of the sights to see and stop at were identified. They even suggested a great place to have dinner upon our arrival back in Sault Ste Marie. A very memorable day. Thank You!

I went to the Ontario travel information centre to get some souvenirs and information about my trip to Windsor. The travel counsellor, Mirella, was so helpful, nice and hilarious. If I could give a person 5 stars, I would.

Went by here today to get a couple guides and Janice helped me out. She is AMAZING! Not only did she give me some great information on travel in the area, but she supplied me with Sault Ste. Marie specific information as a new resident since I just moved to the area. Sights, restaurants, trails, the works! Even went over a local map of the area too. Just such a pleasant experience and nice welcome to the area. I'll definitely be back for additional information for future trips.

Staff is rude and arrogant. Planning a trip to Indonesia and the worker wasted my time warning me about Muslims". Typical small minded Sault business. Under qualified travel agents off the street. The inside of the business was clean."

Great place to pick up local information. The employees are very nice and helpful. Good job. They do not exchange currency. You have to go to a casino or a money exchange outlet. Kind of a letdown. Other than that, you should visit this location.

The staff at OTIC are super helpful, have a great passion for living in the north, and know what to do and where to go. Great smiles, awesome tips. They know their stuff! Highly recommend the bush plane museum!

We stopped by to ask how to get to the beach nearby. The staffs were very informative and helpful. It is also a place to get souvneirs, tee shirt and hoodies. We also visited the public washroom there. The outside has some bike repair tools.
