garbage company stay away. waited 45 min, never came. i called back dispatcher had a cab driver call me only to say it will take anoth 25 min to pick me up. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. now i understan why people use Uber. no more taxi for me, just UBER from now on

The drivers are really nice, but the customer service is horrible, it took me almost an hour to get a car, and I’ve called 40 min before just to have it in time and did have it, I’ve call 2 times and the girl on the phone just said it will arrive in 5 min, lies!

I take cabs regularly to the airport, and 9 out of 10 times, the taxi driver had smoked inside the car before picking me up. Imagine sitting inside of that ash tray with wheels for about 45 minutes, and specially during winter when you don’t have the option to lower down the windows. The service is Ok, and drivers are nice (most of the time) but they need to account for the fact that some people don’t tolerate smoke smell.
