Musca Wine Pressing & Supplies

We have been coming to muskas for several years. In the beginning we were newbies but since have become experienced wine makers with the advice and guidance of the muskas owners. Some real snafus have been figured out by them and we have lived and learned Thanks much from the Shays.

I have been going to Musca for the last year and recently purchased their Pinot Grigio. I am so happy with their product and service. The Pinot Noir I purchased last fall was exceptional. And every step of the way is a delightful experience. Carmen and Silvano are so friendly and helpful in choosing the right wine, recommending their best seller. Also Noella is a huge help. Looking forward to my next visit! A very clean shop.

The owners are rude and unprofessional. I witnessed them loudly arguing at the front desk and also getting into conflicts with customers. The lady pretends to be happy and friendly but she is just acting. I would rather shop somewhere that is more professional.In response to your reply, I said you are rude and unprofessional and you say you are Italian and passionate ? ? Really ? You just validated my review. You imply I was offended , yet I never said that did I? More like disgusted.You also say I am not in your system. Yeah so whats your point ? You know darn well many of the people in your store are helping their elderly parents or in-laws.

I received 3 batches of prepared wine (Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec) from them and I’m completely loyal. Carmen and Noelle are so sweet and welcoming. Their wine is way better than the concentrate I used to get somewhere else. It’s totally worth it and the wine tastes so good. I always offer it when I have guests and the wine always gets complimented. If you’re thinking about getting wine made and bottled, definitely consider Musca!

We came to Musca to make wine for our wedding. They made the process so quick and painless, way easier than I expected, one less stress to worry about! Super friendly staff, with great service! They showed us all our options, and made excellent suggestions for our event! We will be back in a few months to pick up our wine just in time for our big day! My only suggestion if your planning a big event to call ahead in advance, and they can explain how much time is needed for your type of wine.

My father and I went a couple weeks ago and loved our experience. Noella was so kind and knowledgeable about wine making, and it was such a warm experience bottling with her. The rest of the staff were just as kind and welcoming. The wine tastes delicious and service was top notch. Will visit again in the future!

We were buying our red juice from another local supplier until we tried Musca. Exceptional quality and super friendly and helpful staff. We now shop only at Musca's!

My Nonno used to get his wine-making supplies and grapes here, so when it came time to order our wedding wine it was no question where I was going. Carmela is a gem, and came up with the perfect selection for our reception. No doubt I will be back in the future. Probably the most pleasant experience at a business I've ever had in Ottawa.

I recently went for my first bottling with Musca. I don't like doing new things and am always a bit anxious about it. But Noella was incredibly kind and helpful (as well as very fun to be with). I felt so comfortable with her guidance and help. She was just delightful.I also appreciated that she didn't say bad things about the company I used to go to (it's really uncool for people to do that). She asked me how we did things at the other place, just to gauge what I needed to know differently at Musca, but didn't put them down. Very classy.I was blown away by the level of service (and it's hard to impress me, with my 14 years' experience working in customer service). And I loved how clean the shop was. Clean is important, especially when it comes to food and drink.We also got a wee taste of the wine. Even at such a young age, it had so much more body than other wine kits I've had. I'm looking forward to drinking this wine.
