I was HIGHLY disappointed to learn that breastfeeding isn’t welcome here , had I known I wouldn’t have booked. Had to leave halfway through my service so I could tend to my child , won’t be back.

The staff is friendly and polite. The pedicure looks lovely but the massage is not pleasant. Quick and hard making it unpleasant.If you're expecting a spa experience, you won't get it here.

Arrived at 11:05 for my 11:15 appointment checked in and waited for 40 minutes until I finally canceled and left without a haircut.Used to be my go to place for my family of 6 .

Got gel nails done, the length of each were even and the shape was perfect for each nail, but the overall end-product was terrible. I got French tips done, the clear tips were glued on and you can see the tip glued on at the bare part of the nail, there was white smudged nail polish on my skin on 7 of my fingers, the nails weren’t completely painted white (on the sides and very tip), the nails had snags/sharp edges so it wasn’t smooth and my hair would get caught on the pieces that should’ve been filed down, they didn’t push down my cuticles or anything in that manner so if I push them down myself there will be a noticeable gap between the polish and my skin. Person was nice, everything was clean and professional but the polish threw me off. Now I gotta pay someone else to fix them.

i got my hair done here today, and i must say i’m not happy. the cut was fine even though she did it way shorter then i asked… then she moved on to the curtain bangs. OH. MY. GOD. they are way too short, choppy, and are even more uneven then the first time i got them done months ago. i paid, then as soon as i walked out i started crying my eyes out in the middle of the mall. i am currently wearing a hat because of how bad it is. if i could give it a worse review then one star i would. do NOT go here for a women's haircut unless you want your hair destroyed. i get she tried but i have to go to school like this in a week and now i have to find some way to fix it without shaving my head. i wouldn’t recommend, nor will i ever be back.

Unsure of her last name but I oftenbring my granddaughters (Amelia and Ella) to their appointments with Lisa for hair trims. Her work is amazing her prices are fair and the service from her is top shelf! The time she invests in her clients is seldom seen today. The girls leave happy, hair cut perfect but the confidence she brings to the girls is amazing to see. She is a true 10/10 and such a positive asset to your company. Girls would go no where else!

I had a pedicure with Bailey. I would recommend not doing that. If you're going to go there. Book with the guy. He massaged the girl next to me for like half an hour. She had a hot stone massage but it's the same price as a class pedicure so I expected it to be just as good for classic.Bailey was nice but nails are uneven. Like diagonal pretty much. Polish job was okay, but she put my feet in water for 15 minutes at the start and went to hangout with her friend at the front. Then came gave the OK pedicure, massaged my feet for not even 5 minutes, wrapped them in a wet towel and left me for 10 minutes?? Like what? My feet felt gross. Then she took them off and said my feet would be slippery. Like of course they are. They've been soaking in wet towel. (While they were in the wet towels I saw her again walk past the pedicure section to go to the front and hangout with her friend at reception. Anyways. She took off the wet towels. Didn't dry my feet on and told me to go. The pedicure was done in 55 minutes. How's from my online booking it says I paid for an hour and 15 minute massage. Will not be back and will be writing a Google review.Also I slid my way out of the mall

i asked to go lightly on my eyebrows and don’t shape them and got the complete opposite … ruined my eyebrows and did my eyebrows too far apart … i look rediculous… do not go here for eyebrows and the front girl looks grumpy and annoyed . not friendly at all ! .. stay away from this place

My daughter purchased a as a gift for Mother’s Day gift for her an I. During the service, everything was great. I asked after the polish was applied, if my toes would be cleaned up, under my toenails an any skin that needed to be taken off, an I was told yes. The message was amazing, paid extra for the hot stone message. Very little care was taken of my toes after this. We even tipped for the service. It cost my daughter $190.00 for two pedicures. When we got home, an had a chance to inspect it closer, under my toenails did not get taken care of, the polish wasn’t clean, some in our cuticles. My daughters polish even lifted up. I’m not looking for anything, just wanted you to know, that we will probably not be coming back to your establishment.
