Love shopgym SO much! The coaches are so supportive and knowledgeable, they immediately find other options for you if you’re unable to do an exercise. They push when needed, all while creating such a safe space to try new things and test your limits. The shopgym community is incredible, most supportive gym environment I’ve ever been in. Highly recommend!

Anyone can join and enjoy success here. I have fun at the Shop Gym and everyone is working hard and the coaches are delivering efficient work outs. there is definitely a community feel within the group and everyone is encouraging and supportive to newbies.... its where you belong!
