Money Mart

I use to be very happy with the service but after requesting that they do not give me reminder calls for my upcoming payments 5 times now due to my insane work schedule. I have very limited hours which I can sleep. I will never be using thier services again! Today was the 6th time I recieved a reminder phone call! I never miss a payment, nor have I ever been late on any payment! Even after them assuring me that they would make notes on my account to not call THEY STILL CALLED!! I even have an installment loan with them which I've never missed a payment or been late on either , yet, they still disrespect my request NOT to call!! Unbelievable! I'm very angry with this service!!

The customer service I receive is beyond exceptional :) every time I come by, the service is quick hassle free and super easy!Definitely will refer money mart to my friends 100%, thanks money mart @ park st!

I have visited this location several time to send funds via Western Union. I was particularly impressed when I was sending a larger amount to a friend in the USA and the young man casually asked if it was a friend. Being a retired banker I knew exactly what he was doing. He was tactfully protecting me from a scam. I truly appreciated the gesture. On return a few weeks later I was recognized and treated like an old friend. Thank you to the staff at this location.

Very welcoming and kind. Didn’t make me feel terrible for applying for a loan. Unlike other places it was a nice experience . Would go back 100%

TJ was very professional and also very helpful as I’m a new customer at money mart I didn’t have anything to worry about any misunderstanding anything because he really made sure that I understand everything before going ahead with the service.
