Sara is my FAVOURITE hairdresser! She always listens to my needs/wants and delivers, EVERY TIME! It’s worth the 35 minute drive to see her!

The thermal mud massage really helps relieve the arthritis pain I suffer from a past accident and I love the eucalyptus steam room!. I find the prices very reasonable and they always offer monthly promos and flash specials. All the staff are friendly.

Jill and Faye provide a great pedicure for me. I am very comfortable with their skills, training and extremely clean operation. Jill is also a real community asset with her musical talents and group that often perform voluntarily for local seniors and more.

The layout and Ambience is conducive to relaxation. I have always found their services to be performed well. I have always found the staff to be knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I can sincerely recommend Total Skin & Body for their services.

Very pricey. I only really trust one person there. Had some bad experiences with other technicians there. The girl I see does really great quality work bit unfortunately the prices are just a little ridiculous.

It was good experience she pierced my daughter ears quickly.... i was so worried before going there but was happy on way back.

I don't even want to give this spa a 1 star, but unfortunately I have to add something. My mother went to this spa for her first ever professional facial treatment and trusted the staff to help her find an appropriate treatment, that would suit her sensitive skin and needs. She was suggested microdermabrasion facials, without being given adequate information about what the treatment entails and how it would work. During the treatment itself, not only did she not receive glasses to protect her eyes (allowing crystals to go into her eyes and causing days of discomfort) but the technician did not listen to her as she complained about the pain, going way harder than she should have. These pictures were taken on the 12th of August, days after her treatment (the 8th) and you can see the results of how that treatment turned out. Afterwards, when my mom went in to talk to them, she wanted to be compensated for her pain on the sole basis that she was treated very poorly and did not get her money's worth. The spa did give her some options on how they would compensate her - either by doing a refund or get a facial right then and there. But she couldn't get the facial done right then because her face still hurt from the previous treatment, so she wanted to make sure and see if getting the facial was worth vs getting her money back. The next day my mom called the spa and asked if she could speak to the owner but the staff blatantly refused and accused my mom of being someone who was just looking to make money off of this whole thing. Hurt by this, my mom decides to go in and talk in person but the owner started to lock the doors and tells her that she was not allowed to come inside, that she isn't welcomed here and that she needs to leave, followed by a threat to call the cops on her. I have to make it a point to mentioned that my mom is a very simple woman and she understands the idea of working hard for money, as she too is in the service industry. She never wanted a payoff from this, only to be taken seriously and be treated with care and respect, like anyone would. I know this may come off as fake or unbelievable and I wish it was, but the unfortunate truth is that it did happen. All I want is for this to be known so that it may help others and I hope that it doesn't happen to anyone else. We had a traumatic experience but the best thing we can do is learn from it.

Last weekend my boyfriend and I went for a couples massage. We had Fleda and Faye work on us and they were amazing. My boyfriend and I agree it was the best massage we’ve ever had. The products they used on us were so amazing. Claire as always greeted us with a smile and welcomed us so well. I would highly recommend visiting and enjoying one of their many services.
