Building manager disrespects tenants including ignoring tenancy laws and is extremely rude. If you don't like dealing with entitled older men, stay away.

Just a little note to let you know how much we appreciate Gord and Shirley at 350 Douglas. They have always been there anytime we have needed their assistance. We have lived here for six years and had a few emergencies and just needed help and they were always their to help…always ready for a little chat and a friendly hello…

Goodacre Towers South Apartments
My partner and I have had a mostly positive experience living here for the past year and a half. We've found the building managers really responsive to maintenance requests and pleasant to work with. Being an older building we've had some issues with the plumbing, but all of our maintenance requests were dealt with as quick as possible. Overall, we're quite happy living here.
