Very friendly and helpful owners. If they don't have what you want they are happy to find it and order it in for you. I purchased a number of educational items and had them order things in for our Preschool in Burlington. We will continue to purchase here.

Has some great resources. But also some crazy overpriced things you can find cheaper alternatives for other places. $40 for a blue kids timer. Went to Canadian tire and got a pretty nice looking $7 kitchen timer that was essentially the same thing.

I recently purchased some items from this store over their website. One of the items was back ordered. They reached out right away, discussed options with me in a friendly, efficient manner and sorted things out exceeding my expectations. It's clear staff are passionate about the quality of the items they offer and they go out of their way to ensure customers are taken care of. I haven't had such a good experience with a store in a long time. Can't wait to receive my items! Will absolutely shop here again!
