Extremely Rude new employee: He claims to be The Director of Insta Cheques, has poor interpersonal skills, acts like he is God doing you a favour... Extremely condescending & power tripping attitude which disuades a normal human being to go back for repeat business. Treating people that need to change a check like it is an inquisition is ignorant and unprofessional behaviour. He does not grasp the meaning of respectful customer service. Never going there again.

Impeccable service. I was greeted and welcomed with a smile from Chawki as soon as I walked into the store. Always a bad experience when i come here, personel seems like they never care. There is never more than one cashier in service (but four windows). The people here are incompetent and take forever to get anything done.

I will never going back at this place, western union all they need is Your id and government identity. I gave to them and they still want my passport for what for ? Discrimination!!!! Very I’m professional please don’t go

Les employés sont formidables mais la succursale a certainement besoin de plus de main d’œuvre. Malgré tous leurs efforts, les longues attentes ont causé des tensions entre clients. It looks bad on the company.
