If i could give them zero stars i would give them zero stars ... i ordered material off them and THEY ordered the wrong size and now I ( a small comapny ) have to eat the cost of there mess up ... great way to help the economy and small businesses during a pandemic... i would never ever recommend this company to anyone unless you like being screwed over then there the company for you!

I went in to this store to purchase some N95 masks for an upcoming sanding job. First, I was treated with poor customer service from the lady at the front desk. Second, They tried to charge me $160 for 40 masks. Now I understand supply and demand. But there is a line you cross when you are gauging people during a pandemic. Especially contractors that need them for work. Save yourself a ton of money get a box of 40 3M N95’s from Sherwin Williams for $35

We are contractors, sent our men for a 2 hour drive to purchase materials. Then find out they cannot take a credit card over the phone. Now I must drive 2 hours to pay for the order. In these COVID times everybody else wants a credit card over the phone and there is no fraud if it is set up properly. Just bad business service.

We placed an order online that was fulfilled by Watson Building Supplies. The order for our basement reno wasn’t huge (about 60 sheets of drywall, mud, cornerbeads and tape). Delivery was very fast and I received the order when I wanted it. The 3 person delivery crew was fantastic. They were friendly and took care to ensure that there was no damage to either the sheets of drywall or our home. Thank you for a great experience.

The people who work at Watsons Building Supply are amazing. I locked my keys in my running car so my dog could pea. They called CAA, gave me a coffee, and shelter. Their customers were so pleasant and relaxed. It is an amazing building suppply place!!! #best customer service ever

Had a drywall delivery scheduled for a Thursday, they showed up and told me it would take too long and would need to reschedule. they reschedule for another day and then didn't show up . further delayed until another day and when they showed up they had 16 or 128 sheets damaged. Gong Show to deal with.
