I was looking for a therapist for my Mom who has been having some serious back pain. Kathi was referred to me by one of her clients. My Mom went today and called when she got home to say how much better she was feeling in just one treatment. She also commented how friendly and welcoming Kathi was. Tried booking an appointment with Susan 2 days ago. Haven't returned my message yet. Seen Susan a few times a couple years ago. Granted Susan is good. But their response time ... or lack of it is pathetic. I've gone elsewhere. Good bye Weiss!

I phoned yesterday, answering machine informed me they have no receptionist, but if I did not show up for an appointment I would be charged! I am not even a customer yet, very negative message. Until tonight I have not received a return phone call, I will not try again, looking for a different place with a different attitude.
