L'île Des Pingouins Daycare

I put my daughter at this daycare at the age of 9 months, I was so worried about her but I had no reason to. The educators are amazing ! They are kind and affectionate and sweet but they also have a strict routine ! I love how they follow themes and work on the babies’ motor skills and langage development. I’m planning on having more kids and they will definitely go to the same daycare. PS: the food is amazing! They give them 3 snacks through the day plus a very good lunch

L'ile des Pingouins daycare has been so great from the very first phone call I received from Dima to the very last day. The location is excellent, but more importantly, the educators and staff are absolutely lovely, kind and thoughtful. It is so comforting to know that you are leaving your precious little one(s) with people who truly care about their well-being, giving parents much needed peace of mind when they have to go to work etc. My daughter loved her educators and that was so heartwarming to witness. You are always kept up-to-date and if you have questions, they are available to chat and discuss your concerns. No complaints and would definitely recommend :) Thank you so much for everything!!!

Amazing place. My daughter adores all of the staff and so do I. Words cannot express how grateful I am to Dima and her entire team for providing safe, high quality care and education.

this comes from a parent who wasted her precious time and money for this disorganized, poor service daycare. you dont even deserve 1 star. this is not a chide care service; IT IS A CHILD-I-DONT-CARE SERVICE.

My son was going to this daycare for more than one year and I had excellent experience with them. Educators were amazing and kind. They are very loving. They had lots of activities and fun events for kids. Definately suggest this daycare to others.

I had a very bad experience with this daycare and I do not recommend it because:1- Parents are not allowed to enter inside the daycare even to pick up and drop off the children!!! So I didn't know what was going on inside and I couldn't talk to the educator about my child.2- In my opinion, they had a very bad and weak communication with parents, phones and messages are not answered for 24 to 48 hours, even if it is urgent!!! I even had the experience of emailing and not getting a response.3- The quality of the food was very low for me. They served cheap and junk foods like hot dog.4- For every concern I had and shared with the owner of daycare, the only answer she gave me was : if you are not satisfied, you can leave!!! Whereas if I had found a place in another daycare, I would not have stayed here. (Since my child started talking and explained everything to me, I decided to leave this daycare.)Brief , in my opinion, this daycare is very expensive considering the poor service it provides.

My son started at this daycare in May. He loves it! the daycare is super clean, the teacher are very kind.. he felt at home! They treat the kids very well, the activites are just amazing and they do alot of krafts! Plus the food is freshly cooked everyday and they change the menu every week!I highly recommend this daycare!

We love this daycare and so does our daughter, so happy to have found it. The staff is very sweet and patient and I know my daughter is in good hands. I always get a quick response when contacting the director. They do cute and creative activities everyday and I love having a daily log of how she ate/slept/interacted + photos! If you are looking for a daycare I highly recommend Ile des Pengouins. I could not be happier. They have an excellent facility, creative program and their educators are so wonderful.

Very good daycare, my son who is 7 now, attended this daycare and he had 2 wonderful years there. The staff is very loving towards kids and Mrs Dima, the owner has always been very professional. The facility is in very good shape and most important CLEAN. Highly recommended.
